  • • Map, prospect, pitch, and close new restaurant partners across Aberdeen and Dundee in a highly organized manner, becoming a city-level expert on local dining trends and high-demand establishments.
  • • Conduct physical visits, phone calls, emails, and social media outreach to restaurants to demonstrate Deliveroo’s technology and value proposition to restaurant owners.
  • • Oversee the end-to-end restaurant onboarding process to ensure it is quick, efficient, and seamless from signing to launch.
  • • Ensure newly signed restaurants achieve strong performance within the first eight weeks of partnership, driving customer satisfaction and retention.
  • • Sample food from a variety of high-quality restaurants to understand menu offerings, quality standards, and customer appeal.
  • • Attend local restaurant and food industry meetups to build relationships, gather market intelligence, and promote Deliveroo’s brand.
  • • Meet monthly KPIs focused on the number of restaurants signed, the quality of restaurants secured, and the performance of those restaurants in their first three months.
  • • Negotiate win-win commercial deals that align restaurant economics with Deliveroo’s business model, balancing partner needs with company growth targets.
  • • Demonstrate deep product and industry knowledge to restaurant clients, explaining how Deliveroo drives customer traffic and revenue.
  • • Take full ownership of territory performance, working autonomously under demanding sales targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
  • • Maintain a valid driving license and use a personal vehicle to travel throughout the Aberdeen and Dundee regions to conduct restaurant visits and meetings.
  • • Cultivate a genuine interest in food, dining trends, and restaurant operations to build authentic relationships with restaurant partners.
  • • Be tenacious and motivated to deliver results in a fast-paced, competitive market, contributing to Deliveroo’s growth as a leading food delivery platform.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle
  • • Proven sales experience with a track record of targeting and closing new business
  • • Experience negotiating commercial deals that create mutual value for both parties
  • • Strong communication skills across face-to-face, phone, and email channels
  • • Commercial understanding of food delivery economics for restaurants and platforms
  • • Right to work in the UK
