📋 Description

• Hercules is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Creator Partnerships Lead to spearhead the development and scaling of our creator distribution strategy. This pivotal role is responsible for the entire lifecycle of creator partnerships, from initial identification and outreach through to meticulous measurement and optimization. You will be instrumental in transforming raw creator content into powerful, reusable assets that fuel our growth engine.
• As a Creator Partnerships Lead, you will embody a deal-oriented mindset, demonstrating a strong aptitude for proactive outreach, skillful negotiation, and successful closing of creator agreements. Your ability to identify and cultivate mutually beneficial relationships will be key to expanding Hercules' reach and impact within the creator economy.
• A keen, taste-driven approach is essential. You must possess a discerning eye for identifying creators whose content resonates with our target audience and a clear understanding of *why* they will perform. This involves staying ahead of trends, understanding platform dynamics, and recognizing authentic engagement.
• You will be expected to manage a high-volume pipeline with exceptional process strength, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently without succumbing to chaos. This requires a structured approach to candidate sourcing, communication, and deal management.
• A performance-aware perspective is critical. You will treat creator spend as a strategic growth channel, establishing and rigorously tracking clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure maximum return on investment and continuous improvement.
• Your leadership will encompass the entire sponsored creator and influencer program, spanning major platforms and micro-influencer networks. This includes:
• Sourcing and Outreach: Proactively identifying high-potential creators, managing inbound and outbound partnership inquiries, and maintaining a robust and organized pipeline of prospective collaborators.
• Negotiation and Contracts: Expertly negotiating rates, terms, deliverables, timelines, and ensuring full compliance with all relevant regulations and brand guidelines.
• Creative Briefing and Approvals: Developing clear, inspiring creative briefs that provide direction without stifling creator authenticity. This includes managing the approval workflow, ensuring brand safety, and aligning content with messaging objectives.
• Deliverable Operations: Overseeing the execution of creator deliverables, managing timelines, facilitating revisions, verifying posting compliance, and ensuring proper setup of tracking links and UTM parameters for accurate measurement.
• Tracking and Reporting: Implementing comprehensive tracking mechanisms to report on performance by creator, content format, platform, and cohort quality, providing actionable insights for optimization.
• You will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing relationships with a diverse range of creators, from emerging talents to established influencers, ensuring they feel valued and empowered to produce their best work.
• This role requires a deep understanding of how creator content can be leveraged beyond organic posts, including familiarity with whitelisting, paid usage rights, and the performance of creator-generated content within paid advertising campaigns.
• You will champion Hercules' operating principles, which emphasize urgency, excellence, and a hunger to achieve ambitious goals. This means moving with speed, iterating quickly, striving for exceptional quality in all outputs, and demonstrating a polite but relentless drive to break through obstacles and deliver outstanding results.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in managing creator/influencer partnerships with demonstrable, measurable outcomes and a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Exceptional networking and sourcing abilities, with a track record of identifying and securing partnerships with emerging creators before they become widely recognized or prohibitively expensive.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills, including a deep understanding of standard industry rates, rights, exclusivity clauses, and timeline management.
• Strong creative briefing capabilities, with the ability to provide clear, concise, and inspiring direction to creators while allowing for their unique creative expression and authenticity.
• Familiarity with whitelisting/paid usage rights and a solid understanding of how creator-generated content performs when utilized in paid advertising campaigns.
• Proficient in operations and analytics, including pipeline management, performance tracking, UTM parameter implementation, reporting, and establishing learning loops for continuous optimization.
• Sound judgment regarding branding, with a particular sensitivity to the nuances of working with content from meme and micro-media pages.
