  • • Hercules is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Creator Partnerships Lead to spearhead the growth and scaling of our creator distribution strategy. This pivotal role involves end-to-end ownership of creator partnerships, from the initial identification and outreach to the meticulous measurement of campaign performance. You will be instrumental in transforming compelling creator content into valuable, reusable assets that fuel Hercules' growth engine.
  • • As the Creator Partnerships Lead, you will be the architect of our sponsored creator and influencer programs, managing initiatives across a diverse spectrum of channels, from major platforms to micro-influencer networks. Your primary responsibility will be to build and nurture a robust pipeline of creator collaborations that align with Hercules' brand objectives and drive measurable outcomes.
  • • The role demands a deal-oriented mindset, with a strong emphasis on proactive outreach, skillful negotiation, and successful closing of partnerships. You must possess an innate sense of taste and a keen eye for identifying creators whose content resonates with our target audience and has the potential to perform exceptionally well. This involves understanding current trends, audience demographics, and the unique value proposition each creator brings.
  • • Operational excellence is key. You will be expected to manage a high-volume pipeline of creator engagements without succumbing to chaos. This requires a systematic approach to sourcing, vetting, contracting, and managing deliverables, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow from start to finish. Your ability to maintain organization and drive progress will be critical to the success of the program.
  • • A performance-aware perspective is essential. You will treat creator spend as a strategic growth channel, establishing clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and rigorously tracking performance against these metrics. This data-driven approach will enable continuous optimization and ensure maximum return on investment for all creator partnerships.
  • • Your responsibilities will encompass the full lifecycle of creator partnerships:
  • • **Sourcing & Outreach:** Proactively identify and engage potential creators, manage inbound and outbound interest, and maintain a dynamic and healthy pipeline of prospective partners.
  • • **Negotiation & Contracts:** Skillfully negotiate rates, terms, deliverables, timelines, and ensure all agreements are compliant with legal and brand guidelines.
  • • **Briefs & Approvals:** Develop clear and inspiring creative briefs that provide direction without stifling creativity, manage the approval process, and ensure adherence to messaging and brand safety standards.
  • • **Deliverable Operations:** Oversee the execution of deliverables, manage timelines, coordinate revisions, verify posting, and ensure proper setup of tracking links and UTM parameters for accurate measurement.
  • • **Tracking & Reporting:** Implement robust tracking mechanisms to monitor and report on performance by creator, content format, platform, and cohort quality, providing actionable insights for future campaigns.
  • • We are looking for individuals who possess proven experience in running creator or influencer partnerships with a track record of achieving measurable outcomes. A strong networking and sourcing ability is paramount, particularly in identifying emerging creators before they become prohibitively expensive. Excellent negotiation and contract instincts, covering rates, rights, exclusivity, and timelines, are crucial for securing favorable terms.
  • • You should also demonstrate strong creative briefing skills, capable of providing clear direction while allowing creators the freedom to express their unique voice. Familiarity with whitelisting/paid usage rights and an understanding of how creator content performs within paid advertising campaigns are highly desirable. A solid foundation in operations and analytics, including pipeline management, tracking, UTM implementation, reporting, and establishing learning loops, is expected. Finally, exceptional judgment regarding branding, especially within the nuanced landscape of meme and micro-media pages, is a significant asset for this role.
