📋 Description
- • As a Creator Partnerships Manager at Surfshark Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in expanding the brand’s reach by building and managing relationships with influencers across global platforms, directly contributing to brand awareness and user acquisition in key markets.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying and vetting emerging and established creators on YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, Podcasts, Afreeca TV, and Chzzk; crafting personalized outreach pitches; negotiating partnership terms; coordinating campaign execution; and maintaining long-term creator relationships to ensure authentic brand alignment.
- • You will join a dynamic, fast-paced Influencer Marketing team within Surfshark, a globally recognized cybersecurity brand known for its innovative digital privacy solutions and agile, growth-driven culture that values creativity, initiative, and cross-functional collaboration.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in influencer marketing strategy, negotiation, and campaign analytics; build a strong network of global content creators; and gain hands-on experience scaling partnerships in competitive, trend-driven markets — positioning you for advancement into senior partnership or marketing leadership roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social media outreach with a track record of successful campaign execution
- • Strong understanding of major content platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, and podcast ecosystems, with ability to identify trends and rising talent
- • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment with strong organizational and time-management skills
