đź“‹ Description
- • The Marketing Operations Analyst serves as the operational backbone of Scale Army’s client, an AI-powered go-to-market strategy company, ensuring seamless execution of marketing systems, content operations, and business infrastructure so leadership can focus on revenue-generating activities and strategic growth.
- • This role is critical to scaling the company’s operational engine by owning CRM setup, automation workflows, content repurposing, speaking pipeline coordination, and cross-functional project tracking—directly enabling the client’s mission to help enterprise and mid-market organizations architect and execute GTM strategies with ownership and precision.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include setting up and managing Attio CRM with contact records, deal pipelines, tagging, and reporting views; building marketing automation workflows for website triggers, lead capture, nurture sequences, and follow-up cadences; configuring email templates for prospect outreach, event engagement, and newsletter subscriber communication; and maintaining CRM hygiene through deduplication, enrichment, and lifecycle tracking.
- • The analyst will implement the internal operations playbook across content, sales, client delivery, and infrastructure; manage the speaking engagement pipeline by researching conferences, submitting applications, tracking deadlines, and coordinating logistics; set up and maintain project tracking across workstreams; handle vendor coordination, scheduling, and document management; and support website updates using Claude Code or by liaising with contractors.
- • In content and social media, the role involves managing the LinkedIn content calendar for both the CEO’s personal account and company page; drafting LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and social content in the CEO’s voice using AI tools; repurposing podcasts and speaking engagements into video shorts, audiograms, pull quotes, and written assets; coordinating newsletter production via Beehiiv (formatting, scheduling, subscriber management); and supporting creation of proposals, case studies, and client-facing materials.
- • Sales and pipeline support duties include conducting prospect research before sales calls; drafting and sending follow-up emails and outreach sequences; tracking pipeline activity in Attio and flagging high-potential opportunities; and coordinating event-related outreach, including pre-event targeting and post-event follow-up to maximize conversion and engagement.
- • The team operates as a lean, highly capable unit supporting U.S.-based clients from a fully remote base in Egypt (or LATAM/Africa/Eastern Europe), requiring alignment with U.S. business hours (9 AM–5 PM EST) to ensure real-time collaboration and responsiveness to client needs.
- • The company is in active launch mode with paying clients, speaking engagements, and growing thought leadership, offering the analyst a unique opportunity to shape scalable systems from the ground up in a high-impact, executive-facing role.
- • Over the first 90 days, the analyst will achieve measurable milestones: by Day 30, Attio CRM will be fully configured with automation workflows and the speaking pipeline organized; by Day 60, full marketing automation and consistent multi-channel content repurposing will be operational; by Day 90, leadership will be freed from operational coordination, with documented workflows and proactive gap resolution enabling autonomous scaling.
- • This role offers broad exposure across marketing technology, content operations, business infrastructure, and executive support, allowing the analyst to develop end-to-end operational expertise while directly influencing how the company scales its AI-driven GTM services in a fast-growing, innovative market.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in a hybrid marketing and operations role, preferably in a startup or small company environment.
- • Proven experience setting up and managing CRM systems such as Attio, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- • Hands-on experience building marketing automation workflows, including email sequences, lead scoring, trigger-based actions, and nurture flows using tools like Beehiiv, HubSpot, or equivalent.
- • Strong written communication skills with the ability to write in a specific executive voice (e.g., CEO’s tone and style).
- • Proficiency with LinkedIn content management, social media scheduling, AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT), Canva, Google Suite, and basic video editing; familiarity with Claude Code or willingness to learn basic website updates.
- • Experience managing speaking engagement submissions, event logistics, or short-form content production is preferred; background in B2B, SaaS, or enterprise technology marketing is a plus.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Fully remote work arrangement with flexibility to work from home, enabling global talent from LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe to contribute to a U.S.-client-facing mission.
- • Opportunity to build and own the operational foundation of a high-growth AI strategy company, gaining end-to-end exposure across marketing systems, content operations, and executive support.
- • Direct collaboration with company leadership in a highly autonomous environment, allowing for initiative, ownership, and impact without micromanagement.
- • Professional growth through hands-on experience with cutting-edge tools (Attio, Beehiiv, Claude Code, AI content platforms) and real-world execution in GTM strategy, automation, and thought leadership.
- • Role designed for clear impact and progression, with defined 30/60/90-day success milestones that translate into tangible operational ownership and leadership trust.
