This role is pivotal in guiding our premium creators through every stage of their journey – from initial onboarding and successful launch to robust monetization and long-term retention. Your mission is to ensure our creators don't just publish an app, but build a thriving business characterized by consistent revenue, customer loyalty, and a strong reputation.
- • This is not a typical Customer Success role. We are seeking a proactive and commercially astute individual who possesses a deep understanding of the creator ecosystem. You will need to be adept at audience growth strategies, effective offer positioning, the psychology of monetization, revenue strategy development, and the practicalities of scaling a personal brand. Your approach should be forward-thinking, anticipating and designing momentum for your creators before potential challenges arise, rather than reacting to them.
- • If you have firsthand experience within the creator economy – whether you've built your own brand, coached others, or successfully launched ventures – this opportunity is tailor-made for you. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 45 premium creators, predominantly based in the US, requiring you to be comfortable working across various time zones, including EST and PST.
- • A typical day in this role involves a dynamic range of activities. You will be actively guiding creators in refining their offers and pricing strategies, meticulously reviewing their funnel strategies in preparation for launches, and proactively identifying early indicators of churn within your portfolio. You'll maintain detailed records of creator progress and revenue milestones, and conduct impactful 'momentum calls' where you challenge creators' thinking with care and clarity to drive growth. A key responsibility will also be ensuring creators are effectively leveraging our latest product features to maximize their success.
- • Your role is fundamentally about steering creator growth, not just managing accounts. You will operate with a strong commercial awareness, treating each creator's success as if it were your own. This involves a deep dive into their business objectives and a commitment to helping them achieve their revenue and growth targets.
- • Throughout the week, you will engage in structured business review sessions, execute and refine lifecycle playbooks to ensure consistent creator development, and diligently monitor key performance indicators such as Net Revenue Retention (NRR), engagement signals, and overall creator health scores. You will be adept at identifying natural upsell opportunities that arise from strategic discussions and will play a crucial role in channeling creator feedback to our Product and Marketing teams. Furthermore, you will collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to achieve our shared retention objectives.
- • This is a high-touch, high-impact, and high-ownership position. You will be empowered to make decisions and drive initiatives that directly influence the success of our creator partners.
- • Looking at the long game, your contributions will be instrumental in shaping the future of creator success at Passion.io. You will refine and enhance our onboarding, launch, and retention playbooks, strengthening scalable, high-touch systems that support our growing creator base. Your efforts will be focused on turning creators into enthusiastic brand advocates, reducing churn through proactive and strategic interventions, and increasing expansion revenue through intelligent offer positioning. You will contribute meaningfully to the evolution of our Customer Success function, ensuring it remains at the cutting edge of supporting the creator economy.

- • Proven experience in a creator economy-focused role, such as creator management, coaching, or business development within a SaaS environment.
- • Deep understanding of audience growth, offer positioning, monetization strategies, and revenue generation tactics within the creator or personal brand space.
- • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, provide strategic guidance, and drive commercial outcomes for clients or partners.
- • Experience with SaaS platforms and a knack for understanding and articulating the value of new product features.
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to conduct challenging conversations with empathy and clarity.
