- • The Credentialing Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Credentialing and Provider Enrollment team for Resolv Hospital clients, ensuring accurate provider records and timely enrollment processes.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with provider enrollment applications, tracking submissions, maintaining electronic credential files, updating provider data, managing CAQH re-attestations, and coordinating with health plans and internal stakeholders.
- • The role operates within Harris Computer Systems Corporation’s Global Business Services team in the Philippines, supporting healthcare compliance and provider lifecycle management for hospital clients.
- • The position offers hands-on experience in healthcare administration, credentialing compliance, and provider enrollment systems, with opportunities to develop expertise in HIPAA standards, credentialing software, and healthcare operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 1 year of experience in credentialing, provider enrollment, or healthcare administration
- • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and document management systems
- • Familiarity with credentialing software such as Verity CredentialStream (preferred)
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently
