  • • Audit a sample of credential reviews conducted by ShiftKey’s Operations team and third-party vendors to verify accurate validation and entry of healthcare professionals’ credentials into company systems.
  • • Produce weekly reports identifying recurring errors and trends, categorized by credential type and individual reviewer performance.
  • • Translate audit findings into actionable insights to guide coaching conversations between managers and team leads.
  • • Provide tailored recommendations to regional Credentialing Leads for improving processes, workflows, and training materials based on audit data.
  • • Assist in training new hires on credentialing procedures and quality standards.
  • • Respond to time-sensitive audit requests and participate in special projects as needed to support credentialing integrity.
  • • Ensure compliance with internal quality standards by systematically documenting audit results and maintaining clear records of findings.
  • • Collaborate remotely with operations and credentialing teams while participating in in-office collaboration on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in Warsaw.
  • • Identify systemic issues in credentialing workflows and propose data-driven solutions to reduce error rates and improve overall process efficiency.
  • • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive healthcare professional data throughout the audit process.
  • • Communicate findings clearly and professionally to non-technical stakeholders to drive behavioral and procedural improvements.
  • • Use Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to organize, analyze, and visualize credentialing data for reporting and presentation purposes.
  • • Contribute to a culture of continuous quality improvement by actively participating in feedback loops with operations and training teams.
  • • Support ShiftKey’s mission to mitigate healthcare staffing shortages by ensuring only properly credentialed professionals are connected with healthcare facilities.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2 years of experience in a similar role with proven ability to plan, conduct, and document quality audits.
  • • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • • A sharp eye for detail and a natural instinct for spotting patterns in data.
  • • Comfort working in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to organize and present findings.
  • • Strong communication skills — ability to translate data into stories that drive action.
  • • Familiarity with healthcare or tech industry environments is a big plus.
