📋 Description

• • As a Credit Operations Analyst at Stripe, you will play a critical role in minimizing credit risk while enabling business growth by executing operational processes and scaling programs across a global portfolio of merchants—from startups to enterprises.
• • Day to day, you will conduct in-depth credit reviews throughout the merchant lifecycle, investigate and triage escalations across channels, own operational processes like credit reviews and risk-related escalations, identify risk trends, utilize analytics to optimize strategies, maintain cross-functional communication, and lead work streams on credit decisioning accuracy with updates in team and organizational reviews.
• • You will join Stripe’s Risk Operations team, part of a financial infrastructure platform powering millions of businesses worldwide, working alongside a global team of analysts and partnering with engineering, strategy, sales, and vendor management to build scalable, growth-friendly solutions that reduce exposure while supporting innovation.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in commercial credit, risk management, and credit modeling while developing leadership experience in cross-functional projects, process improvement, and data-driven decision making—positioning you for impact in fintech and financial services at scale.
