- • Handle a high volume of inbound calls, with an expectation of processing approximately 50 calls per standard shift
- • Perform accurate data entry related to customer credit accounts and payment records
- • Manage simple, non-sensitive credit accounts in accordance with established organizational guidelines
- • Receive and process customer payments for open accounts
- • Reconcile outstanding account balances and maintain accurate records of accounts receivable
- • Prepare periodic reports on accounts receivable status and past-due accounts
- • Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues related to their credit accounts
- • Approve order ticket releases for credit accounts under restriction
- • Update and summarize receivables data as needed
- • Notify and resolve uncollected COD (Cash on Delivery) transactions
- • Process and resolve NSF (Non-Sufficient Funds) checks
- • Research and resolve credit card chargebacks
- • Perform routine clerical support for functional teams, including simple calculations and record maintenance
- • Ensure all work is certified or checked by a direct supervisor
- • Identify customer needs and provide timely resolutions
- • Maintain strict attention to detail in all account handling and documentation tasks
- • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams via phone and written correspondence
- • Organize and prioritize daily tasks to meet operational deadlines
- • Adjust work schedule as required to align with job objectives and business needs
- • Perform basic mathematical calculations accurately and efficiently
- • Respond quickly to customer needs and make timely decisions in a fast-paced environment
- • Follow through on commitments and maintain consistency in workflow
- • Utilize Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access for daily tasks
🎯 Requirements
- • 1-3 years of credit experience
- • Ability to work 8am-5pm EST or CST
- • Strong and accurate data entry skills
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- • Ability to perform basic math functions
- • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow through on commitments
