• • As a Credit Strategy Manager/Senior Associate at Allica Bank, you will play a key role in defining and shaping the lending proposition for a £3bn+ loan portfolio, driving growth while managing credit risk in a fast-paced fintech environment.
• • You will design credit strategies, conduct deep-dives into risk and opportunity, drive in-market actions, assess strategy effectiveness, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, underwriting, and product to optimise lending participation choices.
