📋 Description

• Support the delivery of high-quality transfer pricing solutions for global clients by assisting with administrative and implementation tasks within the Professional Services team.
• Pre-populate new client data including group structures, legal entities, and transfer pricing policies into the Aibidia platform.
• Provide ongoing business-as-usual (BAU) support to established clients, ensuring continuous platform usage and data accuracy.
• Upload and map transaction data for clients, ensuring alignment with transfer pricing documentation requirements.
• Prepare for recurring client project calls by gathering necessary documentation, coordinating inputs, and organizing meeting materials.
• Monitor Local File (LF) and Master File (MF) deadlines to enable proactive planning and timely submission support.
• Assist in the preparation of Local Files and Master Files for review by senior transfer pricing managers.
• Provide general project management support by maintaining trackers, workplans, and timelines for client engagements.
• Conduct transfer pricing-related research to support client engagements and internal knowledge development.
• Collaborate closely with experienced transfer pricing professionals, consultants, and cross-functional teams including Sales, Technology, and Legal.
• Ensure accurate and timely handling of client data throughout the onboarding and implementation lifecycle.
• Contribute to client success by facilitating smooth adoption and utilization of the Aibidia SaaS platform.
• Participate in team initiatives focused on operational efficiency and client service excellence.
• Engage with a global team of 75+ employees representing 27 nationalities across Sales, Tax, Technology, Legal, Marketing, and Product.
• Work within a non-hierarchical culture that emphasizes collaboration, inclusivity, and professional growth.
• Utilize the latest technology tools provided by the company to perform tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Contribute to a fast-growing SaaS environment that is revolutionizing traditional transfer pricing practices.
• Support the company’s expansion from Europe into the U.S. market through accurate and reliable client implementation support.

🎯 Requirements

• Finance-related degree
• Strong quantitative skills with the ability to analyse financial data and apply economic principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client and team interaction
