- • As Director of Talent Acquisition at Corelight, you will lead the transformation of the hiring function into a high-performance, AI-driven consultancy that prioritizes quality of hire, business impact, and operational rigor, reporting directly to the Chief People Officer to prepare the company for public market readiness.
- • You will design and implement AI-enhanced recruiting workflows, audit and maximize Greenhouse functionality, build metrics-driven governance using Quality of Hire and Cost-per-Hire analytics, maintain an active caseload of high-priority roles, design standardized behavioral-based interview rubrics, and partner consultatively with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to ensure optimal technical and cultural matches.
- • You will partner with HR Business Partners and HR Operations to execute a transformation plan, lead with empathy and rigor while fostering an inclusive environment for a distributed team, and champion Corelight’s Employer Value Proposition rooted in open-source innovation to attract top technical talent.
- • In this role, you will evolve Talent Acquisition from a tactical fulfillment service into a strategic business function, develop AI Agents to streamline recruiting, professionalize global vendor relationships, and build a culture of high engagement and professional development while gaining executive visibility and impact in a fast-growing cybersecurity leader backed by top-tier venture capital.
🎯 Requirements
- • 12+ years in recruitment, including 5+ years in senior leadership (Director level)
- • Deep, hands-on mastery of Greenhouse and the modern AI talent-tech landscape, treating AI as a strategic lever
- • Proven experience managing and inspiring distributed teams, building a culture of professional development and high engagement
- • Deep experience in high-growth technology environments; familiarity with cybersecurity landscape is a strong plus
- • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- • Familiarity with high-governance recruiting environments (e.g., public market readiness or SOX compliance) is a plus
- • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
