  • • The Manager, Client Success at Datavant serves as a key partner for day-to-day client operations, ensuring client business needs are met with high quality while driving satisfaction, retention, and operational excellence throughout the client lifecycle.
  • • Day to day, the role involves serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, leading and coaching a team of account managers, developing trusted advisor relationships with strategic accounts, collaborating with internal teams (sales, operations, product), supporting client success planning, tracking and reporting on client performance metrics, and helping define best practices for account management and communication.
  • • Datavant is a data collaboration platform trusted for healthcare, dedicated to making the world’s health data secure, accessible, and actionable. The company serves providers, health plans, researchers, and life sciences companies, and is building the future of how data is connected and used to improve health through a driven, highly collaborative team passionate about transformative change in healthcare.
  • • In this role, the person can learn to lead and scale client success operations in a high-growth health technology company, deepen expertise in healthcare data solutions, develop strategic account management skills, and contribute to industry-defining data logistics products and services while advancing their leadership and problem-solving capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • • 6+ years experience in client management, account management, or customer success roles
  • • Experience working in the healthcare insurance and/or healthcare audit industry required
  • • Experience leading or mentoring team members
  • • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage relationships across client and internal teams
  • • Proficiency in project management and data tools
