- • The Senior Benefits Account Manager serves as a strategic partner to clients, leading and coordinating all client-related activities to ensure best-in-class service and outstanding satisfaction at Jackson Health Systems in Miami, FL.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as the primary client contact, conducting onsite visits, leading open enrollment activities, preparing client-facing materials, monitoring claims trends, and coordinating internal resources to support client objectives.
- • The role involves leading and developing the account management team through recruiting, training, coaching, performance reviews, and fostering alignment with service standards and organizational goals.

🎯 Requirements
- • Expert knowledge of employee benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and worksite products
- • Minimum 8 years of experience in employee benefits, account management, sales, marketing, or related fields
- • Active State Life & Health License required
- • Minimum 2 years of supervisory or staff management experience
- • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- • Strong working knowledge of benefit programs, insurance markets, and industry vendors
