- • As a Technical Sales Recruitment Consultant, you will act as a trusted client advisor and candidate advocate, playing an integral role in delivering top talent to meet critical client recruiting needs through cutting-edge strategies and market intelligence.
- • Day to day, you will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle—identifying and assessing candidates, conducting initial screens, facilitating interviews, gathering feedback, building and maintaining candidate networks, developing proactive sourcing strategies, presenting talent, consulting with hiring managers on selections and compensation, and ensuring weekly and monthly submit and hire goals are met.
- • You will join Wilson Human Capital Group’s collaborative, dynamic, and talented team, where recruiters provide exceptional candidate experiences by managing all aspects of the recruiting process from sourcing to hire, with a focus on strong relationships and client satisfaction.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in recruitment strategy, client consultation, pipeline management, and performance-driven execution, while strengthening your ability to negotiate, close candidates, and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced, metrics-focused environment.

- • Proven ability to successfully perform all aspects of recruiting including competitive market research, passive sourcing, advanced internet searches, negotiating and closing candidates in a fast-paced, metrics and deadline-driven environment
- • Ability to exceed performance expectations and goals, and implement feedback to achieve desired outcomes
- • Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement, with the ability to confidently communicate the recruiting pipeline to others
- • Demonstrated computer proficiency including intermediate MS Office skills, experience with applicant tracking systems, and a strong social media presence
- • Ability to execute recruitment strategies, including clear articulation of RPO and client relationship, while embracing change and demonstrating flexibility when priorities shift
