📋 Description

• Manage daily operations and service delivery to ensure performance aligns with service level agreements, policies, and business objectives.
• Lead operational teams through staffing, scheduling, performance management, and coaching.
• Implement operational processes, controls, and improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Oversee issue resolution, escalations, and customer impacts across assigned operations.
• Monitor operational performance metrics, capacity, and resource utilization.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to improve end-to-end service execution.

• 5+ years of experience in customer service or operations management.
• Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational excellence.
