- • Own the end-to-end build, QA, and launch of every email campaign and automated flow in Klaviyo for Our Place’s global audience, ensuring flawless execution across mobile, desktop, dark-mode, and every major inbox client (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Yahoo).
- • Translate creative briefs into pixel-perfect, on-brand email templates using Klaviyo’s drag-and-drop and HTML editors, incorporating dynamic variables, conditional logic, and A/B test variants to maximize relevance and revenue.
- • Partner daily with the CRM & Loyalty Manager to translate lifecycle strategy into high-impact campaigns—welcome series, post-purchase nurtures, win-back flows, product drops, and cultural storytelling emails that celebrate the people and places behind our cookware.
- • Run rigorous pre-flight QA checklists: inbox rendering, link tracking, UTM governance, GDPR/CCPA compliance, alt-text, dark-mode contrast, and ADA accessibility standards—catching errors before they reach 1M+ subscribers.
- • Monitor real-time performance dashboards and build visually compelling monthly insight decks that surface open-rate, click-rate, revenue-per-send, and deliverability trends; turn findings into actionable optimizations for subject lines, send-time, segmentation, and creative.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, copywriters, merchandisers, and product marketers to lock content, imagery, and offers 48 hours before send, ensuring every campaign feels like a seamless extension of the Our Place brand voice—warm, inclusive, and story-driven.
- • Champion continuous experimentation: multivariate subject-line tests, dynamic product recommendations, predictive analytics for churn prevention, and zero-party data capture tactics that deepen customer relationships and lifetime value.
- • Maintain a living library of modular email blocks, brand tokens, and code snippets that cut production time by 30% while guaranteeing consistency across campaigns from Black Friday flash sales to Ramadan recipe collections.
- • Act as the in-house Klaviyo power-user—staying ahead of new features like SMS/MMS, reviews integrations, and AI-driven send-time optimization—then training teammates so the entire marketing org levels up.
- • Flag deliverability risks proactively (list hygiene, spam-trap monitoring, domain warming) and partner with our ESP and engineering teams to keep sender reputation above 99% and inbox placement world-class.
- • Contribute to quarterly planning by forecasting email-attributed revenue, identifying segmentation gaps, and proposing new triggered journeys that turn one-time buyers into lifelong brand advocates who proudly share their #OurPlace meals on social media.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–3 years of hands-on experience building and deploying email campaigns in an ESP (Klaviyo strongly preferred)
- • Proven ability to create and QA campaigns, triggered flows, A/B tests, and dynamic content using HTML/CSS and ESP editors
- • Solid grasp of email marketing best practices, deliverability, accessibility, and compliance (GDPR/CCPA)
- • Experience with data-driven optimization—segmentation logic, performance reporting, and turning insights into iterative improvements
- • Comfortable collaborating across creative, merchandising, and analytics teams in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
