• • Distro, Inc. is seeking a highly strategic and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead our growth engine within the dynamic B2B SaaS/AI startup landscape. This is a unique opportunity to build and scale marketing initiatives from the ground up, driving significant impact across multiple facets of our business. As a remote-first, full-time employee, you will be instrumental in shaping our brand presence, accelerating customer acquisition, and directly contributing to revenue growth.
• • In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that spans Search Engine Optimization (SEO), content marketing, social media engagement, brand building, and robust demand generation. You will work in close collaboration with our leadership team, sales department, and product development teams to ensure our messaging is aligned, our brand is elevated, and our market reach is expanded.
• • A core focus of your responsibilities will be to drive our SEO strategy, not only across traditional search engines like Google but also within the rapidly evolving AI and Large Language Model (LLM) ecosystems. This includes optimizing our presence and visibility on platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other emerging AI search tools, ensuring we capture organic traffic from these new frontiers.
• • You will manage and meticulously optimize our organic and paid social media efforts, with a particular emphasis on LinkedIn, where we aim to build strong professional connections and generate qualified leads. This involves developing engaging content, managing campaigns, and analyzing performance to maximize ROI.
• • A significant part of your role will involve strengthening our brand, refining our market positioning, and ensuring our messaging resonates effectively with our target audiences. This includes overseeing the creation of high-quality, compelling content across various formats, including blog posts, website copy, social media updates, and sales enablement materials.
• • You will play a key role in supporting and continuously improving our demand-generation funnels, specifically targeting three critical customer segments: immigration lawyers and licensed practitioners, HR and recruiting partners, and enterprise and mid-market clients. This requires a deep understanding of their unique needs and challenges, and the ability to craft marketing campaigns that address them effectively.
