- • You will be instrumental in developing and executing cutting-edge digital marketing strategies, meticulously aligned with overarching business objectives. This involves a deep dive into understanding client growth targets and translating them into actionable, multi-channel campaign plans. Your strategic vision will guide the entire lifecycle of digital initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination between creative teams, leadership, and executioners.
- • A significant portion of your role, approximately 35%, will be dedicated to Paid Media Management & Optimization. This entails hands-on management and continuous refinement of campaigns across major platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok, with the flexibility to explore and integrate other emerging channels. You will be responsible for crafting precise targeting strategies, segmenting audiences effectively, and implementing robust testing frameworks to identify what resonates best with potential customers.
- • Your daily focus will include vigilant monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) like Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Click-Through Rates (CTR), and conversion rates. The ability to scale successful campaigns while rigorously maintaining efficiency and profitability will be paramount. This involves adept budget management, strategic bidding adjustments, and precise campaign pacing to ensure optimal resource allocation and maximum impact.
- • Beyond paid media, you will own Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management, dedicating around 20% of your time to this critical area. This involves conceptualizing and executing integrated, multi-channel campaigns from inception to completion. You will orchestrate the timely delivery of creative assets, manage project timelines, and ensure smooth workflow processes. A key aspect will be the continuous exploration and testing of new channels, platforms, and innovative campaign approaches to stay ahead of the curve and uncover new growth avenues.
- • Collaboration with founders or marketing leaders will be a regular feature, contributing to high-level strategic initiatives and providing data-informed recommendations. This partnership ensures that digital marketing efforts are tightly integrated with broader business goals and market opportunities.
- • Email & Marketing Automation will command approximately 15% of your focus. You will be responsible for executing targeted email campaigns, crafting engaging newsletters, and building sophisticated automated flows designed to nurture leads, retain customers, and re-engage dormant audiences. This includes segmenting email lists based on user behavior and demographics to deliver personalized messaging that drives action.
- • A/B testing will be a core component of your email strategy, allowing you to systematically optimize subject lines, email copy, calls-to-action (CTAs), and send times to maximize open rates, click-throughs, and conversions. Integrating email marketing efforts with other digital marketing workflows will ensure a cohesive and powerful customer journey.
- • Analytics, Reporting & Performance Optimization, accounting for another 15% of your role, is where your data-driven mindset truly shines. You will meticulously track campaign and channel performance using advanced analytics platforms, gaining deep insights into user funnels, attribution models, and customer journeys. The ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable reports and dashboards for various stakeholders will be essential.
- • Your analytical findings will directly inform optimization opportunities and identify key growth levers. Crucially, you will use this data to guide budget allocation decisions, ensuring that marketing spend is directed towards the most effective strategies and channels, thereby maximizing return on investment.
- • Content Marketing & Social Media Oversight (10%) involves guiding the distribution of valuable content across all relevant digital channels. You will help maintain social media calendars, oversee publishing workflows, and ensure content aligns with brand voice and quality standards. Optimizing the repurposing of content across different platforms will amplify reach and engagement. Monitoring social engagement metrics will be key to iterating and refining content strategies.
- • Finally, Marketing Operations & Technology (5%) will see you maintaining essential marketing tools, automation platforms, and workflows. You will support the integration of AI-powered marketing processes, document standard operating procedures (SOPs), and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency through the adoption of new technologies. This ensures the marketing engine runs smoothly and effectively.
