- • As CRM Manager at Bitstack Technologies SAS, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle communications engine that drives user activation, retention, and revenue — a critical growth lever as the company scales to serve 300K+ users in its mission to democratize financial access through crypto-native banking.
- • You will design, launch, and continuously optimize personalized, behavior-driven journeys across email, push, in-app, and other channels, turning messaging into measurable impact on key metrics while partnering with Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Compliance to align communications with product launches and company initiatives.
- • You will lead the migration to Braze, architecting a scalable CRM infrastructure — including data structure, journey design, template governance, and localization — that supports Bitstack’s next phase of growth and enables rapid experimentation.
- • You will analyze both engagement and business metrics (activation, retention, conversion, revenue) to uncover lifecycle opportunities rooted in user behavior, funnel friction, feature adoption, and churn signals, using data to drive iterative experiments on timing, frequency, channel mix, and message content.
- • You will operate in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment where your product and user sense directly shapes how and when Bitstack communicates with users — transforming CRM from a tactical function into a strategic growth engine.
- • You will join a small, ambitious team backed by YC and top-tier VCs (13books Capital, Stillmark, Serena), where you’ll help shape not only the product but the culture and practices of an organization rebuilding finance from the ground up to empower financial freedom.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of hands-on experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention, or marketing automation with proven success in building and optimizing automated lifecycle systems — not just executing one-off campaigns.
- • Strong expertise in user segmentation, personalization, and trigger-based communications, with a track record of using behavioral data to deliver timely, relevant messages that move key business metrics.
- • Proficiency with modern CRM platforms (Braze strongly preferred), coupled with strong analytical skills to design, run, and interpret experiments on messaging, timing, frequency, and channel mix using data to drive decisions.
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English, enabling clear collaboration across global teams and effective messaging to diverse user segments.
- • Demonstrated product and user intuition — ability to determine what to say, when to say it, and to whom — grounded in deep understanding of user behavior and business impact rather than vanity metrics like opens or clicks.
- • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment where initiative, adaptability, and a builder’s mindset are valued over rigid processes or titles.
