  • • Drive the complete sales motion for InsiderOne’s flagship AI-driven Support Agent (Chatbot) across Indonesia and Malaysia, owning new-logo acquisition while simultaneously expanding adoption within our 2,000-customer install base.
  • • Generate and manage a robust, multi-quarter pipeline through disciplined outbound prospecting, vertical industry mapping, ABM campaigns, and tight alignment with regional Marketing; consistently exceed quarterly ARR targets by closing six- to seven-figure SaaS contracts.
  • • Lead high-impact discovery workshops with Heads of Customer Experience, Digital Product, and Operations to surface pain points such as ticket deflection, agent burnout, and fragmented channel experiences; convert these insights into quantified business cases that demonstrate 30-50 % cost-to-serve reduction and double-digit CSAT uplift.
  • • Craft and deliver polished demos, tailored proof-of-concepts, and executive-level ROI models that spotlight the Chatbot’s multilingual NLP (Bahasa Indonesia, English, Malay, and Chinese variants), real-time intent recognition, and omnichannel deployment across WhatsApp Business API, Web chat, in-app SDK, and SMS.
  • • Negotiate commercials, security addenda (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and local data-residency clauses), and MSAs to signature—often within procurement cycles of 60–90 days—while partnering with Legal and InfoSec to de-risk redlines.
  • • Orchestrate complex multi-product deals alongside Solution Consultants, positioning the Chatbot as the conversational layer that ingests first-party data from InsiderOne’s CDP, triggers hyper-personalized journeys, and feeds insights back into Email and Push orchestration engines.
  • • Co-strategize with Account Directors on whitespace mapping inside existing accounts: analyze renewal calendars, digital-transformation roadmaps, and regional expansion plans to craft land-and-expand motions that add incremental ARR and reduce logo churn.
  • • Distill frontline intelligence—competitive win/loss drivers, emerging channel preferences (RCS, Instagram DM, LINE), and vertical-specific feature gaps—into concise briefs for Product and Marketing, directly influencing quarterly roadmap prioritization.
  • • Elevate regional sales capability by authoring battle cards, objection-handling playbooks, and customer success stories; mentor junior Account Executives and participate in global best-practice forums to raise the collective win rate.
  • • Evangelize InsiderOne’s vision at marquee industry events (Tech in Asia, eCommerce Expo, CC-ASIA), customer advisory boards, and webinars, showcasing how AI chatbots transform support economics while elevating NPS and brand loyalty.
  • • Maintain surgical forecasting hygiene in Salesforce: weekly commit/slip commentary, risk-mitigation plans, and stage-appropriate next steps that empower leadership to make capital-efficient investment decisions.
  • • Champion InsiderOne’s social-impact initiatives—volunteering in SheCodes coding bootcamps, AI literacy programs for public-school teachers, and university hackathons—reinforcing our reputation as a progressive, mission-driven tech employer in Southeast Asia.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience, ideally selling CX, CRM, or marketing-automation solutions to mid-market and enterprise accounts in Indonesia or Malaysia.
  • • Demonstrated track record of closing six-figure ARR deals through a consultative, value-selling methodology; familiarity with MEDDICC or Command of the Message is a plus.
  • • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia or Malay, plus professional-level English; ability to run nuanced negotiations in local language while articulating complex technical concepts to C-suite stakeholders.
  • • Deep understanding of digital customer-service channels—WhatsApp Business API, live chat, social messaging—and the KPIs that matter: deflection rate, CSAT, NPS, average handle time.
  • • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; additional certifications in cloud architecture, conversational AI, or CX design are highly desirable.
