- • As a CRM Manager - Acquisition at Tide Platform Limited, you will play a key role in building targeted communications across digital channels to attract, convert, and onboard new users, leveraging data and automation to drive performance in rapidly growing markets.
- • You will own the applicant journey, campaign strategy and planning process, and deliver a first-class automation and personalization programme across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging, while working closely with analytics and data teams to identify high-conversion segments and optimize performance.
- • You will join a multinational team of passionate CRMers, product marketers, and product managers dedicated to collaboration, innovation, and ownership, with a central focus on helping SMEs save time and money so they can get back to doing what they love.
- • You will develop expertise in data-driven CRM strategies, marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Braze, Iterable), A/B and MVT testing, segmentation, and reporting dashboards, while enhancing your ability to turn campaign data into strategic insights and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5-7 years of expertise in end-to-end CRM marketing management with proven results against targets
- • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Iterable, HubSpot, Braze, or Salesforce, including understanding of HTML and CSS
- • Experience using BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) to analyze campaign data and turn it into strategic insights
- • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with ability to coach and inspire technical and non-technical colleagues
- • Experience in segmentation, targeting, A/B and MVT testing, and business reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Looker)
