đź“‹ Description
- • As the CRM Manager at JustPlay GmbH, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the strategic vision for our customer relationship management, driving player engagement, retention, and monetization across our diverse portfolio of 40 games.
- • This is a pivotal, hands-on role where you will own the end-to-end operational infrastructure of our CRM system, with significant autonomy to innovate and redefine CRM best practices within the entertainment and gaming sector.
- • Your primary objective will be to design, build, and meticulously optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns, leveraging email, push notifications, and in-app messaging to re-engage players and encourage them to return to the JustPlay experience.
- • You will be tasked with developing compelling creative content and strategically timed communications that foster long-term player loyalty and enhance monetization opportunities.
- • This role demands a creative and bold approach; we encourage out-of-the-box thinking and are looking for someone who isn't afraid to explore unconventional methods or 'hack' special flows to achieve innovative campaign outcomes.
- • You will define the critical lifecycle stages for our players, develop sophisticated segmentation strategies, and establish the key performance indicators (KPIs) that truly reflect player engagement and business success.
- • A core part of your responsibility will be to set up and manage rigorous A/B tests and experiments, forming hypotheses, analyzing results, and iterating rapidly based on data-driven insights to continuously improve player engagement and monetization.
- • You will own the testing roadmap, embracing a culture of rapid iteration and continuous learning, understanding that every test, regardless of outcome, provides valuable insights for future optimization.
- • Your strategic thinking will extend across the entire JustPlay ecosystem, considering the interplay between our 40 games, multiple player touchpoints, and evolving player behaviors to orchestrate a cohesive and impactful CRM strategy.
- • You will be responsible for building the foundational elements of our CRM capabilities, ensuring scalability and effectiveness as the company continues its rapid growth.
- • This role requires a deep understanding of player psychology and a player-first mindset, ensuring that all communications are designed to enhance the player's experience and their ability to play and earn, rather than solely focusing on engagement metrics.
- • You will champion innovative and potentially unproven creative strategies, pushing the boundaries of traditional CRM to deliver unique and effective player experiences.
- • As a self-starter, you will thrive in an environment that offers ambiguity and the opportunity to build processes and strategies from the ground up, demonstrating speed, focus, and a proactive approach.
- • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and data science, to ensure CRM strategies are aligned with broader business objectives and product roadmaps.
- • Your work will directly impact key business metrics, contributing to the sustainable growth of JustPlay's Play-to-Earn ecosystem by fostering a loyal and engaged player base.
- • You will be a key voice in evolving how JustPlay interacts with its players, ensuring our communications are not only effective but also fun, engaging, and reflective of our brand's commitment to fairness and rewarding playtime.
- • The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable CRM strategies.
- • You will be responsible for managing the CRM calendar, ensuring timely and relevant communication across all player segments and lifecycle stages.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the direction of CRM within a rapidly growing and profitable company that is a leader in the mobile gaming loyalty space.
- • You will be at the forefront of transforming the gaming industry by contributing to a fairer, more sustainable Play-to-Earn model, where player time and engagement are genuinely valued and rewarded.
- • Your ability to think strategically about the player journey, from acquisition through to long-term retention and monetization, will be crucial for success.
- • You will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the user experience by delivering personalized and timely communications that add value to the player's interaction with JustPlay.
- • The position requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for CRM to support new game launches and feature rollouts, ensuring seamless player onboarding and adoption.
- • You will contribute to a data-driven culture, advocating for the use of insights to inform all CRM activities and decision-making processes.
- • Ultimately, you will be a key driver of growth, ensuring that our CRM efforts translate into tangible business outcomes and a thriving player community.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of hands-on CRM experience across email, push, and in-app messaging.
- • Proven experience in running high-integrity A/B tests and experiments, with a strong understanding of lifecycle metrics and their impact on business outcomes.
- • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Iterable, Braze), personalization logic (e.g., Handlebars), and light HTML/CSS for email customization.
- • A player-first mindset, prioritizing player value and experience in all communication strategies, coupled with a willingness to test unproven, creative approaches.
- • Demonstrated self-starter energy, thriving in ambiguous environments, and possessing the ability to build from scratch with speed and focus.
- • Experience in entertainment sectors like gaming, loyalty programs, or high-engagement mobile apps is a significant plus.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Flexible working hours and remote work options, catering to digital nomads, occasional office visitors, or regular office-goers.
- • Opportunity to participate in the Virtual Share Option Program (VSOP), sharing in the success of a profitable company.
- • Free personal coaching through partner nilo.health for mental well-being and personal fulfillment.
- • A competitive annual personal development budget of up to €2000 for training, conferences, and workshops, plus free language courses.
- • For Germany-based employees: 25 vacation days, free Gympass gold subscription, monthly Deutschland-Ticket, and a €50 monthly tax-free internet contribution.
- • State-of-the-art equipment (MacBook or Windows) provided to ensure you have the tools to succeed.
