- • As the CRM Manager for the South Asia Corridor at LemFi, you will be the pivotal architect of customer lifecycle strategies, instrumental in driving engagement and loyalty for our rapidly growing user base within this key region. This role is central to our mission of building the go-to financial app for the Global South, ensuring that immigrants can stay connected to home, build financial stability, and create wealth irrespective of their geographical location.
- • You will own the end-to-end customer journey for the South Asian diaspora, meticulously designing and implementing complex, automated pathways. These pathways will guide users seamlessly from their initial onboarding experience through to becoming high-frequency, long-term senders, fostering a deep and lasting relationship with LemFi.
- • Your responsibilities extend far beyond simply sending out mass communications. You will leverage advanced segmentation techniques and sophisticated multi-channel orchestration to deliver highly relevant and timely messages, ensuring each user receives the right communication at the precise moment it will have the most impact.
- • By developing a profound understanding of our users' remittance behaviors and diligently optimizing the entire conversion funnel, you will directly contribute to increasing Customer Lifetime Value (LTV). Your efforts will be crucial in transforming the experience of sending money to countries like India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh into one that is not only efficient but also deeply engaging and culturally resonant.
- • **Architect Lifecycle Journeys:** You will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing logic-based, multi-touch automation flows. These flows will be strategically targeted to enhance user onboarding, drive activation, improve retention rates, and proactively prevent churn, ensuring a continuous positive experience.
- • **Orchestrate Multi-Channel Campaigns:** You will deploy perfectly timed and contextually relevant messaging across a variety of channels, including Email, Push Notifications, In-App Messages, SMS, and WhatsApp. The goal is to maximize user engagement and ensure LemFi remains top-of-mind for remittance needs.
- • **Drive Hyper-Personalization:** Utilizing rich behavioral data and sophisticated RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) analysis, you will build dynamic and granular user segments. This will enable the tailoring of our value proposition and messaging to the specific behaviors and needs of different sender groups.
- • **Optimize the Funnel:** You will rigorously monitor key drop-off points within the user journey, from initial sign-up to transaction completion. By deploying targeted interventions, A/B tests, and other optimization tactics, you will work to recover abandoned transactions and systematically improve overall conversion rates.
- • **Maintain Operational Excellence:** You will manage the technical execution and ensure the ongoing hygiene of our customer database within enterprise CRM platforms. This includes ensuring strict adherence to GDPR compliance and maintaining high email deliverability rates to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- • **Analyze and Iterate:** You will be tasked with tracking weekly performance against core Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as Activation Rate, 30-day Retention, and LTV. You will translate complex cohort data into actionable growth strategies, continuously refining our approach based on data-driven insights.
- • This role requires a highly analytical mindset, where you can dive into cohort reports to diagnose retention fluctuations and translate these insights into targeted campaigns. A strong technical aptitude is essential, enabling you to navigate CRM architecture, triggers, APIs, and webhooks for seamless data flow. Cultural empathy will be key to crafting copy that resonates with the South Asian diaspora's unique remittance needs. You must possess an experimentation-driven approach, constantly testing and optimizing campaign elements. Finally, a high degree of ownership is expected, proactively identifying and solving user journey friction points.
🎯 Requirements
- • Basic experience in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing within a high-growth B2C app environment.
- • Deep technical proficiency with enterprise CRM platforms (e.g., Braze, CleverTap, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Customer.io).
- • Proven track record of improving Retention, Onboarding Conversion, and LTV through complex automated workflows.
- • Strong understanding of segmentation, cohort analysis, and data-driven funnel optimization.
