- • As a CRM Marketing Automation Developer at GoodRx, you will play a pivotal role in delivering personalized, multi-channel communications that help millions of Americans access affordable healthcare. Your work directly supports the company’s mission to reduce prescription costs by enabling timely, relevant, and engaging email, push, in-app, and SMS campaigns that drive consumer action and improve health outcomes.
- • You will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and deploying sophisticated marketing automation workflows within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions that enhance customer engagement across the entire lifecycle.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include building and executing multi-channel campaigns (email, push, in-app, SMS) using HTML, AmpScript, dynamic templates, Journey Builder, and automation studios; collaborating with marketing managers, product teams, and data analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical campaign designs; conducting rigorous quality assurance and A/B testing to ensure error-free delivery and optimal user experience; monitoring campaign performance and troubleshooting issues related to data segmentation, audience targeting, or platform functionality; maintaining campaign production schedules to meet launch deadlines; documenting processes and best practices to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing across the team; assisting in training teammates on Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and promoting user adoption; and staying current with platform updates, new features, and industry trends in marketing automation.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including advanced scripting, journey orchestration, data segmentation, and mobile channel integration, while gaining exposure to enterprise-scale CRM systems and healthcare marketing challenges. You’ll have the opportunity to influence campaign strategy through technical insight, contribute to high-visibility initiatives that impact millions of users, and grow into a trusted advisor on marketing automation best practices within the organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, math, computer science, information technology, or a related discipline
- • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including proven success launching complex, high-touch, omni-channel campaigns
- • Expertise in HTML, AmpScript, dynamic template development, Journey Builder, segmentation, A/B testing, and automation workflows within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- • Experience with mobile marketing channels (push, in-app, SMS) and familiarity with tools such as Segment, Redshift, Salesforce Sales Cloud, or Salesforce Data Cloud
- • Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering teams
