- • Join EliseAI as a Lifecycle Marketing Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our housing solutions. In this dynamic position, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns across a comprehensive range of channels. Your primary objective will be to drive engagement, conversion, and retention throughout the entire customer lifecycle, from initial prospect attraction to long-term customer growth.
- • You will be responsible for developing and executing mid and bottom-funnel campaigns meticulously crafted to educate and engage potential customers. This involves a deep understanding of prospect needs and pain points, translating them into compelling narratives that highlight EliseAI's value proposition. The ultimate goal is to significantly increase the conversion of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into sales opportunities, thereby accelerating the velocity of our sales pipeline and contributing directly to revenue growth.
- • A key aspect of this role involves converting qualified leads into loyal customers. You will achieve this by designing and deploying targeted nurture tracks, implementing triggered campaigns based on user behavior, and creating personalized customer journeys. These initiatives will be crucial in guiding prospects through the decision-making process, encouraging demo requests, and ultimately driving customer acquisition at scale.
- • Beyond acquisition, you will focus on retaining and growing our existing customer base. This entails developing robust onboarding programs that ensure new users quickly understand and adopt our platform, as well as creating ongoing engagement strategies. By maximizing product adoption and fostering customer satisfaction, you will aim to increase customer lifetime value and reduce churn.
- • This role demands a strategic approach to leveraging a full-channel marketing mix. You will coordinate efforts across email marketing, paid and organic digital advertising, direct mail, field and virtual events, SMS, and in-app messaging.
