  • • Are you a meticulous and proactive CRM administrator with a passion for optimizing user experience and driving operational efficiency? Acquisition Holdings LLC (ACQ) is seeking a talented CRM Specialist, with a focus on HubSpot, to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal remote role, reporting to the IT Systems Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring our HubSpot platform is not just functional, but a powerful engine that accelerates our people and business operations. We believe technology should empower, not hinder, and this role is at the forefront of that philosophy, dedicated to removing friction and fostering operational excellence across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
  • • This position is critical due to HubSpot's central role in our rapidly evolving technological ecosystem. We have recently launched an innovative internal platform featuring an integrated payments module that connects deeply with HubSpot. This integration currently generates a significant volume of support requests, highlighting the immediate need for expert administration and stabilization. As the HubSpot Support Specialist, you will be the linchpin in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of HubSpot, while proactively partnering with stakeholders to enhance system reliability, minimize user friction, and systematically reduce ticket volume through strategic improvements in design, automation, and comprehensive documentation.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be end-to-end HubSpot support and administration. This encompasses a wide range of tasks, including meticulous user management, defining and enforcing permissions, managing custom and standard objects, optimizing sales pipelines, developing and refining workflows, building insightful reports, and overseeing the overall system configuration. You will act as the primary point of contact for a high volume of HubSpot ticket requests, expertly managing the intake process, prioritizing requests based on business impact and urgency, and ensuring timely resolution in accordance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Your ability to not only resolve immediate issues but also to identify recurring problems and their root causes will be paramount. You will delve into the intricacies of HubSpot, its integrations, and our internal systems to implement durable, long-term solutions that proactively reduce the need for future support.
  • • Maintaining the integrity and trustworthiness of our data is a core tenet of this role. You will be responsible for upholding strong data hygiene practices and robust governance protocols, ensuring that HubSpot remains a reliable and accurate source of truth for all critical reporting and strategic decision-making. This requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to data quality.
  • • Collaboration is key to success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Engineering. Your role will involve supporting and stabilizing HubSpot integrations, with a particular focus on our new internal platform and its integrated payments module. This partnership will be essential in troubleshooting complex issues, implementing enhancements, and ensuring seamless data flow across all connected systems.
  • • To empower our users and reduce the ongoing support burden, you will be tasked with creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and user-friendly training materials. These resources will foster consistency in system usage, enable users to find answers independently, and ultimately contribute to a more self-sufficient and efficient user base. Your efforts will directly contribute to a more stable, predictable, and user-friendly HubSpot environment, allowing our teams to focus on strategic initiatives rather than system troubleshooting.
  • • This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our CRM operations, making a tangible impact on user productivity and business outcomes. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a deep understanding of CRM best practices, and are driven by a desire to solve complex problems and improve systems, we encourage you to apply.
