📋 Description

• As a CRO & Growth Manager at Ruby Labs Ltd., you will drive top-of-funnel growth by optimizing web funnels to increase user registration and payment conversion, directly impacting revenue and customer lifetime value in a B2C subscription environment.
• Day to day, you will define and test hypotheses to improve conversion rates and LTV, analyze user behavior and competitive data, build and execute a testing roadmap, collaborate with design, development, and UA teams, participate in agile ceremonies, and take full ownership of growth initiatives from hypothesis to evaluation.
• Ruby Labs is a leading tech company creating innovative consumer products across health, education, and entertainment, with a fast-paced, impact-driven culture that values ambition, results, and continuous growth.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in growth product management, master data-driven funnel optimization, lead cross-functional growth initiatives, and gain hands-on experience scaling B2C subscription products while working remotely with a global team.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with web funnel optimization in a B2C environment
• 4+ years of growth product management experience, specializing in B2C subscription models
• Ability to define, run, and analyze A/B tests specifically for web-based funnels
• Experience leading growth initiatives with a focus on improving CR, LTV, and other performance metrics
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and data science teams
• Familiarity with leading agile software development ceremonies is a plus
