- • As a CRO Manager at Welltech, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the acquisition funnels for one of our flagship health and fitness applications. Your primary focus will be on maximizing subscription conversion rates, driving Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) growth, and expanding our user audience. This role requires a unique blend of analytical prowess, experimental rigor, and a deep understanding of user behavior. You will be instrumental in designing and implementing meaningful funnel and monetization improvements that not only reach but genuinely help millions of users on their wellness journeys.
- • Your core responsibility will be to generate and meticulously prioritize hypotheses aimed at enhancing the conversion rates and ARPU of our quiz funnels, which are critical drivers for the majority of our new user acquisition. This involves a deep dive into user data, identifying friction points, and formulating data-backed strategies for improvement. You will be empowered to own the entire lifecycle of funnel experiments, from initial planning and hypothesis formulation to meticulous launch, rigorous analysis, and iterative refinement through A/B testing. This end-to-end ownership ensures that every experiment is conducted with precision and contributes directly to our growth objectives.
- • To excel in this role, you will need to develop profound product insights. This will be achieved through a combination of in-depth analytics, direct user feedback, comprehensive competitor research, and a thorough understanding of our past experiment history. By synthesizing these diverse data sources, you will gain a holistic view of the user experience and identify opportunities for optimization. Furthermore, you will actively support our acquisition efforts by architecting and building tailored, end-to-end user experiences that cater to different audience segments and traffic sources. This personalized approach ensures that we are meeting users where they are and providing them with the most relevant and engaging journey.
- • Collaboration is key to success at Welltech. You will work in close partnership with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, analytics, content, and product management. This collaborative environment ensures that funnel improvements are not only strategically sound but also seamlessly integrated into our product and effectively communicated to our users. You will be adept at translating experiment results into actionable insights, which will then inform the generation of stronger follow-up hypotheses and the planning of subsequent tests, creating a continuous cycle of optimization and learning. A crucial aspect of this role is managing user expectations effectively as they embark on their journey towards a healthier life. You will act as a vital bridge between our marketing activities and product experiences, ensuring a consistent and supportive user journey from initial engagement to long-term retention.
