Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own end-to-end conversion rate optimization across Solace’s patient funnel, including paid and organic landing pages, intake flows, and pre-visit touchpoints to improve CTR, booking rate, and show rate.
- • Design, launch, and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments using Statsig to drive measurable improvements in funnel efficiency and patient outcomes.
- • Independently build and iterate on web experiences directly in Webflow without requiring engineering support.
- • Conduct qualitative research by recruiting and interviewing patients to uncover friction points, synthesize insights into testable hypotheses, and share findings cross-functionally.
- • Maintain a prioritized CRO backlog aligned to business outcomes, not idea volume, ensuring experiments target high-impact user journey bottlenecks.
- • Collaborate closely with channel managers (Meta, Google Ads, etc.) to ensure messaging consistency and alignment across the entire patient acquisition funnel.
- • Translate experiment results into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders across Product, Design, Data, and Marketing teams.
- • Help evolve Solace’s experimentation culture by improving frameworks, documentation, and decision-making standards for testing and learning.
- • Stay current with industry best practices in CRO, patient experience design, and digital optimization to continuously enhance the patient and advocate experience.
- • Partner with Product and Design teams to ensure experimentation strategy aligns with broader company goals and product roadmap.
- • Use dashboards and data reports to extract insights, identify trends, and validate hypotheses with statistical rigor.
- • Balance speed and rigor in experimentation — knowing when to iterate quickly, when to wait for sufficient data, and when to pivot based on evidence.
- • Maintain a bias for action, thriving under tight timelines while ensuring experiments are methodologically sound and impact-driven.
- • Collaborate in design tools like Figma to review wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to inform conversion optimization strategies.
- • Manage multiple concurrent experiments with strong organizational skills, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and outcomes are tracked and communicated effectively.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–4 years of hands-on CRO experience, ideally in a lead-gen or sales-assisted funnel
- • Proficiency in Webflow with the ability to independently build and iterate on web experiences
- • Familiarity with experimentation tools such as Statsig (or similar)
- • Strong understanding of A/B testing, experimentation design, and statistical significance
- • Ability to uncover patient needs through qualitative research and turn insights into testable hypotheses
- • Proficiency in data interpretation, reporting, and optimization using dashboards or data pulls
🏖️ Benefits
- • Work at a Series C startup backed by Inspired Capital, Craft Ventures, Torch Capital, Menlo Ventures, Signalfire, and IVP
- • Join a lean, mission-driven U.S.-based team focused on redefining healthcare navigation
- • Opportunity to do the best work of your life alongside a team that values urgency, precision, and heart
- • Direct impact on patient outcomes through measurable improvements in funnel efficiency and experience
