📋 Description

• As a CRO Specialist at Koho Financial Inc., you will drive conversion rate optimization across the company’s digital ecosystem, directly supporting the mission to financially empower Canadians through data-driven improvements to user journeys.
• You will own end-to-end A/B testing on organic, paid, and affiliate landing pages, manage App Store and Play Store presence, analyze and tune referral loops, collaborate with the Organic Manager to align testing with broader strategy, and translate experiment results into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional teams.
• You will join a remote-first, performance-driven team at Koho that values clarity, ownership, bold thinking, and work-life integration, operating with high trust and asynchronous collaboration to build impact without bureaucracy.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in experimentation culture, user behavior analysis, and growth optimization, gaining hands-on experience with GA4, heat maps, and app store optimization while contributing to measurable improvements in conversion and user advocacy.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or analytics
• Hands-on experience with experimentation tools and comfort navigating GA4, heat maps, or similar platforms
• Ability to structure fair tests and interpret results to drive optimization decisions
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional technical and creative teams
• Skill in distilling complex data into concise, actionable reports
