• • Join the rocket-ship growth of Token Metrics Ventures LLC as our next Crypto Business Development Intern. Over three high-impact months you will sit at the intersection of AI-driven crypto analytics and global investor demand, learning how a fast-scaling fintech turns data into dollars. You will report directly to the Head of Business Development and collaborate daily with marketing, product, and data-science teams across four continents.
• • Own the top-of-funnel: every day you will identify, research, and reach out to prospective clients—from individual traders in Lagos to institutional funds in London—using a tech stack that includes Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot. Expect to send 40–60 personalized cold emails, make 20 discovery calls, and book 5 qualified meetings each week. Your pipeline will be visible to the entire company on a live dashboard; wins are celebrated in real time on Slack.
• • Craft compelling narratives: you will translate Token Metrics’ AI indices, rankings, and price-prediction models into crisp value propositions for different buyer personas. You will build and refine slide decks, one-pagers, and demo scripts that distill complex machine-learning outputs into clear ROI stories. Expect to present to crypto fund managers, family offices, and exchange executives via Zoom and, when safe, in person.
• • Drive marketing experiments: partner with the growth team to launch A/B-tested email sequences, Twitter Spaces, Telegram AMAs, and regional webinars. You will track open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics, then iterate fast. Success is measured by qualified-lead growth and CAC reduction.
• • Map and penetrate new markets: conduct deep-dive research on emerging crypto hubs—Nigeria, Vietnam, Brazil, Turkey—and produce market-entry playbooks that include regulatory snapshots, competitive landscapes, and partnership opportunities. Your findings will directly influence the 2024 go-to-market roadmap.
• • Support investor relations: prepare briefing memos and data rooms for Token Metrics’ monthly investor updates. You will sit in on fundraising calls, take notes, and follow up on action items, gaining rare exposure to how a Series A-stage crypto startup communicates with VCs and strategic angels.
• • Collaborate cross-functionally: flag product gaps uncovered during sales calls, relay customer feedback to the AI research team, and coordinate with customer success to ensure smooth onboarding. Your voice will shape roadmap priorities.
• • Master the metrics: by week four you will fluently speak MRR, ARPU, LTV, churn, and sales-cycle velocity. You will maintain CRM hygiene religiously and generate weekly reports that the executive team uses for board decks.
• • Graduate to bigger deals: high performers will be invited to shadow enterprise negotiations, attend global crypto conferences (Permissionless, Token2049, Blockchain Africa), and potentially receive a full-time offer or referral to portfolio companies within the Token Metrics Ventures network.
