• • Join the rocket-ship growth of Token Metrics Ventures LLC as our next Crypto Business Development Intern. Over an intensive 3-month, fully-remote program based out of Lisbon, you will sit at the intersection of AI-driven crypto analytics and global sales strategy, helping us expand our footprint across 50+ countries and a customer base that ranges from first-time retail investors to institutional fund managers.
• • Own the top-of-funnel: every day you will identify, research, and reach out to high-value prospects—crypto funds, family offices, prop-trading desks, and high-net-worth individuals—via cold email, LinkedIn, Telegram, Twitter, and warm referrals. You will craft personalized pitches that translate complex AI indices and price-prediction models into clear ROI stories, book qualified meetings, and hand off warm leads to senior closers.
• • Plan and execute micro-marketing campaigns. Working hand-in-hand with our content and growth teams, you will brainstorm webinar topics, coordinate Twitter Spaces, draft newsletter blurbs, and design simple landing pages that convert traffic into demo requests. You’ll A/B-test subject lines, track open/click rates, and iterate fast.
• • Map new markets. Using on-chain data, Crunchbase, and industry reports, you will size emerging geographies (e.g., LATAM, MENA, SEA) and verticals (e.g., GameFi, DeFi 2.0, NFT funds). You’ll produce short, data-backed briefs that guide where Token Metrics should exhibit, speak, or launch localized products.
• • Support investor and partner meetings. You will build pitch decks, prep FAQs, rehearse objection handling, and sometimes present directly to prospects. Expect to demo our AI dashboard live, showing how our indices outperformed BTC/ETH over trailing 90-day windows.
• • Track everything in HubSpot: create contacts, log calls, move deals through stages, and generate weekly pipeline reports for leadership. You will spot bottlenecks before they hurt revenue and propose process tweaks that shorten sales cycles.
• • Collaborate cross-functionally. You’ll sit in daily stand-ups with data scientists to understand new model releases, translate those updates into sales collateral, and feed market feedback back to product so we build what clients actually want.
• • Contribute to Token Metrics’ thought-leadership: ghost-write threads for our CEO, source quotes for industry articles, and help prep briefing docs when our executives appear on CoinDesk, Bankless, or CNBC Crypto.
• • Thrive in a fast-moving, remote-first culture. We default to async communication (Notion, Slack, Loom) but sync up twice a week on Zoom. You’ll be expected to self-manage, ask for help early, and ship work that is 80 % perfect rather than 100 % late.
• • Finish the internship with a portfolio: a measurable increase in qualified pipeline, published market-analysis pieces, and a recommendation letter from our VP of Business Development. High performers will receive return offers for full-time roles or paid contractor engagements.
