As our Bulgaria-based Crypto Business Development Specialist you will own the full partnership lifecycle—from first handshake to signed contract—unlocking new revenue channels that fuel our next phase of global expansion.
  • • Build and execute a data-driven BD playbook: map the crypto ecosystem (exchanges, custodians, launchpads, media, KOLs, DeFi protocols, NFT marketplaces), prioritize high-yield segments, craft tailored outreach, and convert cold leads into multi-year strategic alliances that deliver seven-figure ARR.
  • • Own the pipeline end-to-end: prospect 50+ qualified targets per week, run discovery calls, negotiate commercial terms, draft MOUs, close deals, and hand off to Customer Success with clear expansion OKRs; maintain 95 % accuracy in Salesforce so leadership can forecast within 3 % every quarter.
  • • Design co-branded go-to-market campaigns with partners: joint webinars, AMAs, airdrops, API integrations, and affiliate programs that drive 20 % MoM user growth; coordinate with Marketing to produce case studies, whitepapers, and ROI decks that shorten future sales cycles by 30 %.
  • • Identify white-space opportunities before competitors: monitor on-chain metrics, token launch calendars, regulatory shifts, and VC funding rounds to spot emerging narratives (RWA, restaking, L2s) and package them into revenue products such as bespoke indices, white-label analytics, or enterprise data feeds.
  • • Optimize unit economics: model LTV/CAC, churn, and upsell potential for every deal; introduce tiered pricing, success-based tokens, and revenue-share structures that lift gross margin by 5 pp annually while aligning incentives across both organizations.
  • • Represent Token Metrics at European crypto conferences (Web Summit, ETHDenver, Token2049, Paris Blockchain Week), deliver keynote panels, host VIP dinners, and convert booth traffic into 100+ SQLs per event; submit speaking proposals 6 months in advance to secure premium slots.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally: brief Product on partner feedback to shape roadmap priorities, arm Sales with battle-cards that overcome objections, and advise Executive Team on M&A targets, joint ventures, and strategic token swaps that expand our ecosystem moat.
  • • Mentor junior BD reps and interns; create SOPs, pitch decks, and Notion playbooks that reduce onboarding time from 4 weeks to 10 days; run weekly win/loss reviews to institutionalize learnings and lift close rate from 22 % to 35 % within two quarters.
  • • Report to the VP of Business Development; present pipeline review, revenue outlook, and partnership KPIs during Monday exec stand-ups; use Looker dashboards to flag at-risk deals early and deploy counter-measures that rescue ≥ 80 % of slipped contracts.
