- • Drive Token Metrics’ next phase of hyper-growth by owning the full BD cycle—from lead generation to signed partnership—across Africa, MENA, and APAC crypto markets.
- • Build and relentlessly optimize a data-driven partnership pipeline: map the ecosystem (CEXs, DEXs, launchpads, custodians, payment gateways, GameFi, NFT marketplaces, Layer-1/2s), score opportunities on ARR potential, and convert the top 10 % into multi-year revenue contracts.
- • Negotiate high-impact commercial structures: revenue-share, SAAS licensing, white-label deals, referral programs, and strategic token swaps—always protecting Token Metrics’ upside while delivering measurable value to partners.
- • Own the CRM (Salesforce) like a second brain: every call, email, token-grant draft, and KPI is logged, tagged, and reported weekly to the VP Growth; build dashboards that give execs real-time visibility into pipeline health, conversion velocity, and forecasted ARR.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, and Marketing to package AI indices, API feeds, and research reports into partner-ready bundles; translate technical roadmaps into commercial narratives that close faster.
- • Represent Token Metrics at African crypto conferences, Twitter Spaces, and private investor dinners; convert keynote applause into qualified leads while positioning the brand as the go-to AI infrastructure for crypto portfolio management.
- • Launch localized co-marketing campaigns: joint AMAs, airdrops, KOL threads, and “AI Alpha” webinars that drive 20 % MoM user growth in new regions while staying compliant with local advertising regulations.
- • Monitor on-chain metrics, TVL flows, and competitor M&A to identify whitespace opportunities—e.g., untapped Layer-2 ecosystems or emerging stablecoin corridors—and pitch first-mover partnership proposals before rivals react.
- • Mentor junior BD interns across Cape Town and Lagos; create a playbook that standardizes outreach templates, objection-handling scripts, and token-valuation models so the team scales without diluting quality.
- • Prepare board-level materials: market maps, TAM analyses, and sensitivity tables that illustrate how each partnership impacts Token Metrics’ tokenomics, user acquisition cost, and 3-year valuation.
- • Ensure airtight compliance: work with legal counsel to structure token warrants, SAFTs, and data-processing addenda that satisfy both U.S. and local regulators, reducing contract turnaround time by 30 %.
- • Live and breathe KPIs: aim for 6-figure ARR per quarter, 15 % average revenue-share, and 90 % partner retention; iterate tactics weekly in a remote, async culture that rewards speed, transparency, and creative hustle.
