• Drive Token Metrics’ next phase of hyper-growth by owning the full-cycle business development pipeline across 50+ non-US markets, sourcing and closing partnerships that add eight-figure ARR within 18 months.
• Build a data-driven territory plan: map every crypto fund, exchange, custodian, wallet, media outlet, KOL, and fintech platform outside the United States; score them on wallet share, user base, and strategic fit; then create a sequenced outreach calendar that keeps 200+ warm prospects in motion at all times.
• Craft compelling partnership narratives that marry Token Metrics’ AI indices, rankings, and price predictions with each prospect’s KPIs—whether they need stickier retail users, differentiated data feeds, or white-label research—then pitch C-suite, VP Biz-Dev, and partnership teams via Zoom, Telegram, Twitter Spaces, and global conferences.
• Negotiate and structure win-win deals: SaaS API licensing, revenue-share referrals, co-branded newsletters, joint venture funds, M&A, and affiliate programs; own term-sheet creation, red-lines, and hand-off to legal while protecting margin and token supply schedules.
• Launch joint go-to-market campaigns with new partners: coordinate product, marketing, and community teams to release co-branded webinars, airdrops, trading competitions, and research reports that convert 10 k+ qualified leads per quarter and boost TVL tracked wallets by 25 %.
• Monitor funnel metrics daily in Salesforce and HubSpot: meetings booked, SQLs, pipeline value, conversion rate, average deal size, sales cycle length, churn, and net-dollar retention; iterate scripts, decks, and incentives weekly to compress cycle time and lift close rate above 35 %.
• Maintain a real-time dashboard that overlays Token Metrics’ on-chain analytics with partner user data to prove incremental revenue; present QBRs to execs and board showing ROI, CAC, LTV, and next-quarter expansion pipeline.
• Represent Token Metrics at Token2049, ETHCC, Korea Blockchain Week, and Lagos Web3 Summit: host VIP dinners, speak on panels, and live-tweet insights that grow personal brand and inbound deal flow.
• Collaborate with product and data science teams to translate partner feedback into roadmap items—new API endpoints, institutional custody connectors, or language-localized indices—that unlock additional ARR streams.
• Mentor junior BD reps and regional ambassadors; create playbooks, battle-cards, and Notion wiki pages that shorten ramp-up time to <30 days and scale team productivity 3× without increasing headcount.
• Stay ahead of regulatory shifts in EU MiCA, UAE VARA, Singapore MAS, and Hong Kong SFC, ensuring every partnership contract anticipates compliance requirements and protects Token Metrics’ global licensing strategy.
• Champion a remote-first culture across time-zones (GMT-8 to GMT+8): run asynchronous stand-ups, celebrate wins in Slack, and ship weekly Loom videos that keep stakeholders aligned and morale high while working from London, Lisbon, Dubai, or Bali.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years closing B2B partnerships or enterprise SaaS deals >$250 k ARR in fintech, crypto, or web3; track record of exceeding quota >120 % for at least 4 consecutive quarters.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related; MBA or master’s preferred.
• Expert command of Salesforce CRM, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Excel; can build cohort models, pivot pipeline data, and automate follow-ups without sales-ops support.
• Deep understanding of crypto markets, tokenomics, DeFi protocols, NFTs, and on-chain analytics; comfortable discussing staking yields, L2 rollups, and wallet architectures with technical partners.
• Fluency in English plus one additional language (Spanish, Portuguese, Turkish, Korean, or Arabic) to negotiate and present in native tongue; proven experience working across APAC, EMEA, or LATAM cultures.
