  • • Drive explosive growth for Token Metrics Ventures LLC by owning the full business development lifecycle—from prospecting and pipeline generation to closing high-value partnerships—across the rapidly evolving crypto and Web3 ecosystem in Turkey, MENA, and beyond.
  • • Analyze revenue streams, market dynamics, and customer behavior to craft data-driven expansion strategies that unlock new verticals, geographies, and product lines, directly influencing Token Metrics’ global market share and profitability.
  • • Build and nurture a robust network of crypto exchanges, DeFi protocols, NFT platforms, institutional investors, KOLs, and fintech gatekeepers, turning cold outreach into long-term strategic alliances that accelerate user acquisition and brand authority.
  • • Negotiate and close multi-year SaaS licensing, API integration, white-label, and revenue-share deals that deliver predictable ARR while aligning with Token Metrics’ AI-driven crypto analytics vision.
  • • Collaborate daily with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Executive teams to synchronize go-to-market campaigns, product roadmaps, and branding initiatives, ensuring every partnership amplifies our AI indices, rankings, and price-prediction offerings.
  • • Perform rigorous competitor benchmarking—tracking pricing models, feature rollouts, partnership announcements, and community sentiment—to identify white-space opportunities and craft counter-positioning strategies that keep Token Metrics ahead of the curve.
  • • Design and execute quarterly OKRs focused on pipeline value, conversion rates, average deal size, and partner NPS, presenting actionable insights to the C-suite and iterating rapidly based on real-time market feedback.
  • • Spearhead thought-leadership initiatives such as webinars, Twitter Spaces, and conference panels to position Token Metrics as the definitive AI-powered crypto intelligence platform, driving inbound leads and reinforcing brand credibility.
  • • Evaluate potential joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions by conducting financial modeling, due-diligence checklists, and cultural-fit assessments, then present concise investment theses to senior leadership for go/no-go decisions.
  • • Maintain meticulous CRM hygiene in Salesforce, logging every touchpoint, forecasting revenue with 90 %+ accuracy, and automating follow-ups to ensure zero leads fall through the cracks.
  • • Mentor junior BD associates and cross-functional interns, sharing battle-tested frameworks for objection handling, value-based selling, and crypto-native storytelling that scales our partnership engine.
  • • Champion diversity and inclusion within the crypto space by sourcing partners and clients who reflect our global user base across 50+ countries, ensuring Token Metrics remains accessible and relevant to every investor persona.

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA strongly preferred
  • • 3+ years of business development experience in crypto, Web3, or fintech industries
  • • Proven track record closing six-figure B2B SaaS or API licensing deals
  • • Expert-level proficiency with Salesforce CRM and integrated business management tools
  • • Deep understanding of blockchain ecosystems, DeFi, NFTs, and tokenomics
