• Drive Token Metrics’ next phase of hyper-growth by owning the full business-development cycle—from lead generation to signed partnership—across the United Kingdom and EMEA crypto ecosystem.
• Build and relentlessly expand a qualified pipeline of exchanges, custodians, neobanks, fintech apps, institutional funds, family offices, and DeFi/NFT projects that can integrate Token Metrics’ AI-powered data APIs, white-label indices, or co-branded research.
• Craft compelling, data-driven proposals that demonstrate how our predictive analytics engine can lift trading volumes, reduce customer churn, and create new revenue lines for partners; present these decks to C-suite, heads of strategy, and partnership teams via Zoom, Google Meet, or on-site in the City of London.
• Negotiate commercial terms (revenue-share, SaaS licensing, referral fees, joint-venture equity) that maximise ARR while protecting Token Metrics’ IP; own red-lining, legal review, and final signature in close collaboration with our General Counsel and CFO.
• Map the UK competitive landscape—CoinShares, Nexo, Revolut, eToro, Fidelity Digital Assets, Copper, Coinbase Institutional—and run quarterly SWOT analyses that feed directly into product roadmap, pricing tweaks, and marketing campaigns.
• Launch co-marketing initiatives with partners: joint webinars, AMAs, research reports, hackathon sponsorships, and conference keynotes; track KPIs such as CAC, LTV, activated users, and social impressions to prove ROI and secure renewal upsells.
• Maintain pristine Salesforce hygiene: log every call, email, contract, and forecast update; build dashboards that give the exec team real-time visibility into stage-by-stage conversion rates and projected quarterly bookings.
• Represent Token Metrics at UK industry events (Token2049 London, CryptoAM Summit, FinTech Week, ETHLondon) and in private round-tables hosted by the UK Cryptoasset Business Council; cultivate a personal brand on Twitter and LinkedIn that amplifies our thought-leadership voice.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with data science, product, and engineering to translate partner feedback into new feature requests—e.g., on-chain risk scores, ESG crypto indices, or NFT valuation models—then shepherd those features through alpha, beta, and general release.
• Mentor junior BD reps and marketing interns; document best-practice playbooks, objection-handling scripts, and pricing matrices that allow the team to scale beyond the UK into DACH, Nordics, and MENA.
• Achieve and exceed quarterly revenue targets (six-figure ARR quotas) while maintaining >90 % partner NPS and <3 % monthly churn; earn accelerated commission and equity refreshers for over-performance.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of quota-carrying business-development or partnerships experience within crypto, fintech, or digital-asset infrastructure; demonstrable track record of closing £1 M+ in cumulative contract value.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field; MBA or MSc in Digital Finance is a strong plus.
• Deep understanding of crypto market structure—exchanges, custodians, staking, DeFi protocols, NFT marketplaces—and the regulatory landscape facing UK crypto firms (FCA AML/CTF, financial promotions regime).
• Expert command of Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Notion, and Google Workspace; comfort with on-chain analytics tools (Nansen, Glassnode, Dune) is highly desirable.
• Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills; ability to translate technical AI concepts into clear business value for non-technical executives.
