ďż˝ Description
- • Own the heartbeat of Token Metrics’ Manila operations as our Crypto Operations Manager, orchestrating the day-to-day mechanics of a fast-growing AI-driven crypto analytics platform that serves 50+ countries and thousands of investors worldwide.
- • Architect, document, and continuously refine scalable operational processes that keep our trading data ingestion, AI model deployment, customer support, and compliance workflows running at peak efficiency—even as transaction volumes and user counts surge.
- • Build and monitor a real-time KPI dashboard that tracks platform uptime, data latency, customer ticket resolution times, and HR metrics such as time-to-hire and employee engagement; translate insights into weekly action plans that move the needle.
- • Lead a cross-functional squad of engineers, data scientists, customer success agents, and compliance officers; run daily stand-ups, weekly retros, and monthly OKR reviews to ensure every team is aligned on priorities and blockers are removed within 24 hours.
- • Serve as the primary liaison between Manila headquarters and global stakeholders in the US, Europe, and APAC; schedule and facilitate synchronous and asynchronous updates so that time-zone differences never slow decision-making.
- • Own the full HR lifecycle for Manila-based roles: craft job descriptions, partner with recruiters, conduct structured interviews, negotiate offers, design onboarding roadmaps, and implement 30-60-90-day performance check-ins that cut ramp-up time by 30%.
- • Design and deliver targeted training programs on crypto fundamentals, platform features, and regulatory updates; track completion rates and quiz scores to ensure every employee can speak confidently to clients and regulators.
- • Build a culture of continuous improvement by instituting Kaizen events, blameless post-mortems, and quarterly innovation sprints that have already yielded a 25% reduction in manual reconciliation tasks.
- • Ensure bullet-proof compliance with BSP, SEC, and international AML/KYC regulations; maintain an up-to-date risk register, coordinate external audits, and file suspicious-activity reports within mandated timeframes.
- • Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring Ethereum 2.0 upgrades, Layer-2 rollups, DeFi protocol launches, and emerging tax guidelines; brief the executive team monthly on strategic threats and opportunities.
- • Negotiate and manage vendor contracts for cloud infrastructure, blockchain node providers, KYC vendors, and HR SaaS tools; drive cost-per-transaction down by at least 10% year-over-year without compromising security or performance.
- • Champion a remote-first yet high-touch culture: organize virtual coffee chats, quarterly in-person off-sites, and recognition programs that keep engagement scores above 85% in quarterly pulse surveys.
- • Prepare board-level operational reports and investor updates that translate complex crypto metrics into clear narratives highlighting growth, risk mitigation, and operational leverage.
- • Spearhead disaster-recovery and business-continuity planning, including hot-hot infrastructure failover, incident-response playbooks, and cross-training so the Manila team can operate independently for 72 hours if needed.
- • Mentor junior operations analysts and HR coordinators, creating individualized development plans that map to Token Metrics’ leadership pipeline and the broader Web3 talent ecosystem.
