• • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Token Metrics’ next-generation AI-driven crypto analytics platform, translating complex blockchain data into intuitive tools that empower investors in 50+ countries to build profitable portfolios.
• • Drive product strategy by synthesizing market research, on-chain analytics, user interviews, and competitive intelligence to identify high-impact opportunities—whether that means launching a new DeFi yield dashboard, refining our AI price-prediction engine, or creating a mobile experience that surfaces the perfect “Aha!” moment for first-time traders.
• • Lead agile sprints with a globally distributed squad of engineers, data scientists, and designers; write crisp user stories, prioritize backlogs, and keep velocity high while remaining flexible enough to pivot when regulatory headlines or sudden market shifts demand rapid re-prioritization.
• • Champion UI/UX excellence—partner with design to run usability tests, A/B experiments, and behavioral analytics reviews that turn raw metrics into delightful, friction-free experiences; ensure every pixel reinforces trust and clarity in an industry where one confusing screen can cost millions.
• • Own the QA pipeline: define acceptance criteria, coordinate regression and security testing, triage bugs, and ship releases that meet institutional-grade reliability standards without sacrificing the speed that crypto markets demand.
• • Serve as the primary bridge between internal stakeholders (executives, marketing, compliance, customer success) and the product/engineering org; translate big-picture business goals into sprint-level execution plans and communicate progress through concise dashboards and compelling narratives.
• • Harness growth-hacking tactics to boost activation, retention, and referral loops—design referral rewards, craft lifecycle emails, and run data-driven experiments that turn casual browsers into power users who evangelize Token Metrics on Twitter, Telegram, and Discord.
• • Maintain a living roadmap that balances moon-shot innovations (e.g., integrating real-time Layer-2 scaling analytics) with iterative improvements (e.g., shaving two seconds off chart load times) while transparently managing stakeholder expectations and resource constraints.
• • Stay ahead of the curve on crypto regulations, tokenomics trends, and emerging protocols; distill complex technical breakthroughs (ZK-rollups, restaking primitives, AI oracles) into simple language that guides product bets and keeps Token Metrics at the cutting edge.
• • Mentor junior PMs and analysts, fostering a culture of experimentation, psychological safety, and customer obsession that enables the entire team to ship bold products without fear of failure.
• • Measure what matters—define KPIs such as daily active users, portfolio-linked AUM, prediction accuracy, and subscription MRR; instrument analytics, run cohort analyses, and present actionable insights to the exec team every month.
• • Collaborate with Token Metrics’ AI research arm to feed user-behavior data back into machine-learning models, ensuring that our indices and price forecasts continuously improve and maintain industry-leading accuracy.

� Requirements

• • 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in crypto, DeFi, or fintech environments where you shipped customer-facing features under rapid iteration cycles.
• • Deep technical fluency in blockchain fundamentals—wallets, smart contracts, Layer-2 scaling, tokenomics—and the ability to translate that knowledge into clear PRDs and user stories.
• • Proven track record of using behavioral analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, or similar) to identify drop-off points, run A/B tests, and drive measurable lifts in activation, retention, or revenue.
• • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree, CSPO, or blockchain certifications are strong pluses.
