• • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Token Metrics’ AI-powered crypto-investment platform, turning complex blockchain data into delightful, revenue-generating features used by 50 k+ investors across 50 countries.
• • Define and drive a bold 12-month roadmap that balances retail-trader needs, institutional fund-manager requirements, and the rapid evolution of DeFi, NFT, and staking markets.
• • Translate user pain points into PRDs that engineers love: clear acceptance criteria, measurable KPIs, and wireframes that highlight the “Aha” moment where novice investors become power users.
• • Run two-week agile sprints with a fully-remote squad of engineers, designers, and QA analysts; maintain a living backlog, groom stories, and ruthlessly prioritize so the team ships value every release.
• • Instrument every feature with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar behavioral analytics; build dashboards that surface retention drivers, conversion funnels, and wallet-connection drop-offs, then iterate until metrics move.
• • Sit at the intersection of AI research, data science, and crypto markets—partner with PhD-level researchers to productize new price-prediction models, sentiment indices, and risk scores that beat buy-and-hold benchmarks.
• • Champion regulatory awareness: monitor SEC, CFTC, EFCC, and global stable-coin guidance to ensure features like copy-trading, derivatives signals, and token swaps remain compliant at launch.
• • Collaborate with marketing to craft go-to-market narratives, landing pages, and in-app tutorials that reduce CAC by 20 % and lift activation rates within the first 30 days.
• • Evangelize a culture of experimentation: launch 3 A/B tests per month on onboarding flows, pricing tiers, and referral incentives; share wins and fails in fortnightly “Growth Retro” calls.
• • Mentor junior PMs and analysts; create reusable templates for user-story mapping, competitive teardowns, and OKR tracking that scale as the product org doubles in size.
• • Represent Token Metrics at African blockchain conferences, Twitter Spaces, and Discord AMAs—gather raw user feedback, recruit beta testers, and amplify our thought-leadership voice.
• • Be the customer’s loudest internal advocate; funnel support tickets, Telegram complaints, and App-store reviews into actionable Jira tickets that close the feedback loop within one sprint.

� Requirements

• • 3+ years of product-management experience in crypto, fintech, or trading platforms; shipped at least one feature touching wallets, exchanges, staking, or DeFi protocols.
• • Deep working knowledge of blockchain fundamentals (UTXO vs account models, ERC-20, NFT metadata, Layer-2 rollups) and agile ceremonies (scrum, Kanban, story pointing).
• • Demonstrated ability to write SQL + use behavioral analytics tools to discover insights without relying on a data team.
• • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; CSPO, PMP, or advanced blockchain certification is a plus.
• • Exceptional written and verbal English; can explain gas fees to a teenager and roadmap trade-offs to a board of VCs.
