� Description

• • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Token Metrics’ AI-driven crypto portfolio platform, translating complex market data into intuitive SaaS features that empower investors in 50+ countries to make smarter, faster decisions.
• • Lead daily scrum ceremonies with cross-functional squads of engineers (React, Node.js, JavaScript), designers, data scientists, and marketers—both on-site and offshore—ensuring sprint goals, KPIs, and OKRs stay laser-focused on user value and revenue impact.
• • Conduct rigorous user research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to uncover pain points, validate hypotheses, and prioritize features on a data-driven roadmap that balances short-term wins with long-term strategic bets.
• • Translate validated requirements into detailed PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications that engineers can execute against with minimal ambiguity, while continuously refining scope to hit aggressive release deadlines.
• • Collaborate with marketing and PR to craft go-to-market narratives, positioning statements, and launch campaigns that resonate with retail investors, traders, and crypto fund managers, turning product releases into headline-worthy events.
• • Monitor real-time product analytics, on-chain metrics, and customer feedback loops to iterate rapidly, A/B test features, and optimize conversion, retention, and lifetime value across web and mobile touchpoints.
• • Champion a culture of experimentation by running design sprints, usability tests, and beta programs that surface breakthrough ideas—ultimately shaping the next generation of AI indices, rankings, and price-prediction tools.
• • Serve as the public face of Token Metrics at virtual conferences, Twitter Spaces, and industry panels, evangelizing product vision, gathering market intelligence, and forging partnerships that expand our global footprint.
• • Build and maintain a living product roadmap that balances technical debt, scalability needs, and new feature development, ensuring every release aligns with Token Metrics’ mission to democratize profitable crypto investing.
• • Mentor junior interns and contribute to internal knowledge bases, wikis, and playbooks that codify best practices in agile product management, crypto domain expertise, and AI-driven decision-making.

� Requirements

• • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• • Demonstrated experience (coursework, internships, hackathons, or personal projects) in full-stack web development using React, Node.js, and JavaScript.
• • Proven ability to gather user requirements, write clear product specs, and manage agile sprints in tools like Jira, Trello, or Linear.
• • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; comfortable presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
• • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL, Excel, or BI tools to interpret data and make evidence-based product decisions.
