- • We are seeking a highly motivated and technically adept Crypto Support Specialist to join our innovative team at Extend Your Team, LLC. This role is pivotal in ensuring our users have a seamless and secure experience with our cutting-edge decentralized solutions. As the first line of defense, you will be the primary point of contact, responsible for providing fast, effective, and empathetic support that fosters user satisfaction and trust. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating the complexities of the blockchain and Web3 space, translating technical challenges into understandable solutions for our diverse user base.
- • In this role, you will dive deep into blockchain troubleshooting, analyzing and resolving a wide array of common user issues. This includes diagnosing and rectifying transaction failures, guiding users on managing insufficient gas fees, and assisting with the correct configuration of slippage settings to ensure successful trades and interactions. Your ability to meticulously investigate these on-chain activities will be key to maintaining the integrity and usability of our platform.
- • A significant aspect of your responsibility will involve providing clear on-chain guidance. You will empower users by teaching them how to effectively check transaction statuses using blockchain explorers such as Etherscan and Solscan. Furthermore, you will be instrumental in troubleshooting issues related to undelivered assets, ensuring that users receive what they are entitled to in a timely and secure manner. This requires a keen eye for detail and a thorough understanding of blockchain transaction flows.
- • Security and user education are paramount in the cryptocurrency domain. You will play a vital role in educating our users on essential crypto security best practices. This includes comprehensive guidance on setting up and utilizing Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), raising awareness about phishing attempts and how to avoid them, and promoting safe and secure interactions with various digital wallets. Your proactive approach to security education will help protect our users and build confidence in our ecosystem.
- • Beyond technical support, you will also be involved in account management processes. This includes assisting new users with the onboarding journey, guiding them through KYC (Know Your Customer) and KYB (Know Your Business) verification procedures, and resolving any account access issues they may encounter. Ensuring a smooth and compliant onboarding process is critical for user retention and platform growth.
- • Efficient ticketing and documentation are essential for operational excellence. You will be expected to master and utilize our support platforms, including Zendesk and Asana, to meticulously track, document, and manage all user interactions. This systematic approach ensures that no query goes unanswered and that valuable insights are captured. You will also be responsible for escalating complex technical bugs and issues to our Level 2 support or directly to the Engineering teams, providing them with all necessary details for swift resolution.
- • As a Product Advocate, you will act as a crucial bridge between our users and our product development teams. By actively listening to and analyzing recurring user feedback, you will collaborate cross-functionally to translate these insights into actionable product optimizations, particularly for our Web3 features. Your input will directly influence the enhancement and evolution of our platform, ensuring it remains user-centric and competitive.
