• • Series Entertainment is seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to spearhead the technological evolution of our next-generation AI-powered entertainment experiences. • • As CTO, you will be instrumental in defining and executing the company's technical vision, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with our AI-first product strategy. • • You will serve as a critical technical thought partner to the CEO and the executive leadership team, providing informed perspectives on emerging trends, particularly in the realm of AI-assisted content development, user-generated content (UGC) ecosystems, and the future of creator tools.
• • A significant focus of your role will be on shaping and scaling Series’ innovative RUN platform, an emerging user-generated content and creator platform. This platform empowers creators to develop games, narrative experiences, and interactive media leveraging advanced AI-powered tools, fundamentally transforming how entertainment is conceived and produced.
• • This position demands a strategic technologist and a pragmatic operator – an individual capable of elevating teams, modernizing technical approaches, and instilling a clear vision for how next-generation content platforms should be architected and deployed.
• • On the people and organizational front, you will lead, mentor, and scale a diverse, multidisciplinary engineering organization. This includes building strong technical leadership layers, coaching engineering managers and tech leads to cultivate high-performing, effective teams, and fostering a company-wide culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• • Your leadership will extend beyond the engineering department, aiming to elevate technical excellence across the entire organization.
• • Cross-functional collaboration is key. You will forge strong partnerships with Product, Design, and Operations leadership, ensuring that technical execution is tightly aligned with overarching product goals. This involves translating ambitious product visions into realistic, actionable technical roadmaps and delivery plans, while championing clear communication and shared ownership across all departments.
