- • Facilitate requirements and fit/gap workshops with client staff on technical topics and non-functional requirements for Cúram implementations.
- • Create functional and technical designs along with solution prototypes to support Cúram configurations and extensions including workflow, rules, and integrations.
- • Develop, code, and unit test Cúram extensions in a J2EE environment using industry-standard design methodologies and patterns.
- • Configure and troubleshoot application servers such as WebSphere and WebLogic, and develop APIs to enable system interoperability.
- • Utilize the Eclipse framework to implement and customize Cúram solutions for government programs.
- • Support the ongoing operations of deployed Cúram systems, ensuring stability and performance across mission-critical social care and child welfare platforms.
- • Collaborate closely with clients and systems integration partners to deliver technical guidance and maintain trusted partnerships.
- • Apply modern UI/UX design practices and tools including React.js, Angular, and UML to enhance user-facing components of Cúram solutions.
- • Work with Java/J2EE/JEE technologies, JDBC, XML, XSL, CSS, and JavaScript to build and maintain scalable enterprise applications.
- • Leverage EJB, RSA, UNIX, and NT operating systems alongside databases such as Oracle and DB2 for system development and maintenance.
- • Maintain flexibility in work hours, including availability for evenings and weekends as required by project demands.
- • Promote Cúram as a capable and trusted partner by delivering high-quality technical solutions that support 187 million people annually across 12 countries.
- • Adhere to and enforce industry-standard design principles throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
- • Contribute to the successful delivery of large-scale national modernization initiatives and mission-critical government systems.
