- • As a Customer Account Executive for the EMEA region, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing a dedicated portfolio of Ironclad customers. Your primary objective will be to drive expansion and retention by proactively understanding customer needs, identifying lucrative growth opportunities, and strategically positioning Ironclad's solutions to maximize their business value and return on investment.
- • You will be responsible for managing renewals on a quarterly basis, consistently meeting and exceeding ambitious upsell and cross-sell revenue targets, and actively mitigating churn risks to ensure the achievement of both quarterly and annual financial objectives. This requires a proactive and strategic approach to customer engagement and account management.
- • The role demands the execution of a consistent and strategic sales process throughout the entire customer lifecycle. This includes conducting thorough discovery calls to understand client challenges, articulating the unique value proposition of Ironclad, skillfully negotiating terms, and ultimately closing expansion opportunities.
