- • Ensure regional operations and logistics are efficient and effective to support customer service goals and operational excellence.
- • Analyze performance trends to identify opportunities for maximizing results and improving customer outcomes.
- • Provide professional and courteous service to customers during collections and asset management interactions, regardless of circumstances.
- • Off-load merchandise returns and assist with collections support as needed, maintaining compliance and company standards.
- • Travel up to 95% of the time to customers’ residences to perform on-site asset management tasks, including returns and collections.
- • Maintain physical ability to sit or stand, bend, push/pull, climb, and reach during daily field operations.
- • Regularly lift 50–75 lbs. without assistance and occasionally push or pull up to 100 lbs. using a dolly and other safety equipment.
- • Operate a company-provided vehicle for business travel, adhering to all driving record and safety requirements.
- • Maintain a professional appearance at all times while representing Progressive Leasing in customer interactions.
- • Demonstrate superb written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with customers, agents, and internal teams.
- • Handle cash and financial transactions as part of collections activities, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
- • Support the company’s mission of delivering a positive, engaging, and memorable customer experience through compassionate and efficient service.
- • Collaborate within the asset management team to uphold Progressive Leasing’s reputation for world-class customer assistance and operational integrity.
- • Contribute to a culture of belonging, inclusion, diversity, and equity by respecting individual differences and promoting fair treatment in all interactions.
🎯 Requirements
- • High School Diploma or GED required
- • Must be at least 21 years old
- • Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company standards
- • Prior management and collections experience required
- • Able to regularly lift 50–75 lbs. without assistance and push/pull up to 100 lbs. occasionally using a dolly
- • Previous lease-to-own (LTO) experience strongly preferred
