- • As a Customer Care Advisor at Circle Internet Financial Limited, you will be part of a global team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences while supporting the company’s mission to build an open, global economy through digital assets and blockchain infrastructure.
- • Day to day, you will engage with customers via support tickets, resolve inquiries and technical issues, craft clear and tailored communications, handle escalation calls, participate in incident management, and contribute to process improvements and cross-training initiatives.
- • You will work closely with Partner Managers, Business Development, Compliance, Treasury, Product, and Engineering teams to diagnose and solve customer problems, ensuring alignment with service level agreements and departmental OKRs.
- • The role offers opportunities to develop expertise in financial services, blockchain technology, and global support operations while building skills in communication, problem-solving, and process documentation within a values-driven, innovative organization.
