  • • As a Customer Care Professional III at Iron Mountain, you will serve as the primary owner for resolving customer inquiries across phone, email, and chatbot channels, ensuring timely and effective solutions that uphold the company’s commitment to data privacy, sustainability, and customer trust.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing and resolving routine and complex customer issues, managing account changes such as inventory consolidations and record classification projects, handling billing inquiries, generating customer reports for strategic decision-making, and collaborating with internal teams to meet service level agreements and compliance standards.
  • • Iron Mountain is a global leader in information management, serving 225,000 customers worldwide with sustainable solutions in records management, digital transformation, data centers, asset lifecycle, and fine art logistics—where your work directly contributes to preserving critical information and protecting customer data in socially responsible ways.
  • • In this role, you will develop advanced problem-solving, CRM, and account management skills while gaining exposure to cross-functional operations in a regulated, customer-centric environment, positioning you for growth into senior customer success or operations roles within the company.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2–4 years of experience in a professional Customer Service or Contact Center environment
  • • High competency in computer software packages and experience using CRM applications or databases to record activities and research information
  • • Strong reasoning skills with proven ability to identify trends, research issues, and make sound recommendations for resolution
  • • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor
  • • High School Diploma required; minimum of 2 years of College Education preferred
  • • Exceptional organizational skills, interpersonal strength, and high level of detail orientation

  • • Exact hourly rate of $24.00, paid bi-weekly via direct deposit
  • • Monday–Friday schedule, 8.5 hours per day between 8 AM–6 PM EST
